Inside is updated but not rooms the air does not work we were so hot couldn’t sleep it’s it’s below a certain temperature the heater goes on in the room, and they charge $20 a day for parking

I was in town for a cheer competition and this Hotel was a last minute booking that I was pleasantly surprised with it. It was clean, staff was friendly and convenient. I definitely will stay here in the future.

The kids absolutely loved the indoor swimming pool which is perfect for this time of year. The breakfast was great! The room is nice with a wonderful L shaped comfy couch. Would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms were very dated. They need to be upgraded. The couch bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. It was hard to find seating at breakfast. The rooms weren’t insulated very week and it was very noisy.

Not impressed with this property. Staff was not very nice in general. Our room had old, frayed carpet and was not as clean as it should have been. House keeping came once and did not leave coffee, cups, enough towels or toilet paper. We had to ration our roll. Geez. We stay at Embassy Suites because you can expect it to be the same good experience all the time. Not luxury but consistent. Not this time.

I would never stay here again. Several dead bugs in light fixture, long black hair on shower walls (none of us have black hair). The 2nd lock was broken off on the door, food left on a chair, different colored matter splashed on walls, wallpaper peeling, sweated all not - WE COULD NOT CHANGE THE TEMPERATURE IN OUR ROOM. Yellow stain on shower curtain. Mold in bathroom on ceiling by sprinkler. Food/dishes and towels sitting on the floor outside our room for almost 24 hours. It was still there when we checked out. There was more. I have an autistic child otherwise I would have at least asked to change rooms. Hilton do better. I have pictures of all my complaints.

This hotel is in desperate need of updates and maintenance. My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel and found ourselves quiet disappointed.

Hotel was great, very good breakfast included, Bed was very nice but the bathroom need updating, it looks old and rundown. Other than that, we had 4 rooms and we were very confortable
