it has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed in, everything about it screams comfort and I'm living for it, from how welcoming the workers are and how comfortable the rooms are, to how tasty the food is, it made me feel at ease, it felt like home the moment I set foot in this hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed : they are spacious, clean and organized, have a good air conditioner which is perfect for summer vacations, the furniture is very practical and easy to use, the beds are very comfortable and the pillows are fluffy, the blankets are so light yet warm which made me fall asleep in seconds, the lights are of good quality and not the ones to hurt one's eyes, its windows allow a good amount of daylight and they're equiped with high quality curtains, the bathroom is neat, basically has everything one needs and it even has a ventilation system to keep it aired after using it. I would also like to thank the workers at the reception,I could only recall Fouzia who considered us family (we did and still do as well) which was very comforting, the team was also kind enough to give us dinner for free when we came back late at night from a deception of another hotel we thought was better than this one, I am now convinced that there's no hotel that could top this one. The janitors also do an outstanding job at keeping the rooms clean as a whistle, clothes as well (laundry system). the internet is excellent too and there are many plugs around the room, when it comes to food, there's a buffet every morning and as someone who doesn't eat much in the morning, I found myself happily eating everything they offered, and it's totally worth it. my only issue with this hotel is that I got too used to staying in it that I no longer want to leave it. 😭😭💟 at the end, I'd like to mention that staying here was the gift my family gave to me after I got a remarkably good grade at the baccalaureate exam and let me tell you this, this, was literally the best gift I could ever receive. if I could give 10 stars I would because this hotel deserves it, as it truly lives up to its name 👌✨⭐

We rented a F3 for 4 people, first of all, it's bad luck that we brought back dresses and wallpapers with us, otherwise it would have been impossible to sleep on their beds, without talking about the bathroom and the floor, Then we had booked for 4 people (a couple and 2 ado) at our arrival we were told that the services included in their offer, namely breakfast and swimming pool, are for 3 people only something that was not specified at the reservation, Also you need to get out of the hotel and make a tour to access the pool and the restaurant, and I pass on other disadvantages ..... .In summary: I strongly disadvise this pseudo hotel and I wonder seriously who attributed these 4 stars to him because he It is very far from it in all levels.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at le privilege hotel, and I can confidently say it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I was in Oran for a quick visit, had a good experience in the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in and check out. Quick response when asking for other services (extra pillows and an iron). The room was clean and fresh, bathroom also very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast in the terrace with family and notice that social distancing was taken into consideration by hotel management along with other health caring procedures. Over all, nice stay and enjoyable time in the hotel.

While it is a Sonatrach affiliate I found comparable to other European hotels. I spent 4 days for a conference and meetings and overall satisfied. My room was fairly updated, and unlike others I found the food to be of good quality and selection for the region. I did only partake in the buffet for all meals. It does get crowded and not all patrons are familiar with queuing but still a pleasant experience. My first time in Oran, and I was a bit cautious,as such I didn’t venture out much this trip, but did feel very safe while on property. Staff was professional and one of the biggest “perks” was the complimentary airport shuttle👏.

I was in Oran for work but have known the place from my childhood. Since in love with the Art of Etienne Dinet, I loved my stay if only to go around and admire the gallery. One thing I would love to suggest is to offer choices of Algerian/ local traditionally prepared dishes at the restaurants. Also kittle in rooms as I was desperately looking for coffee or tea in the night.
