Simply: the worst place we've ever booked, however it is a nice cozy building, with clean rooms and well equipped common kitchen. We've never met such unfriendly and unhelpful staff: we didn't get the entry code on time, we asked for an extra blanket what the lady simply forgot, and in the morning the breakfast came with 1.5 hour delay, that's why I couldn't eat at all before leaving to my fix programme. We told our issues and tried to find solutions, but the staff simply didn't care, didn't help, it was pretty normal for them not to provide breakfast, because "it's usual". They didn't even look to feel sorry, which is pretty unbelievable as a host. I am Romanian speaker, so for sure it was not because of the language. At leaving they promised a 20% discount for the inconvenience, but we didn't get it- not a big loss, but it shows their incorrect manner. An honest "I'm sorry" would've been more important for us to feel better. I really hope that the owner reads this review, because this could be a nice hotel, but only with a friendly and helpful staff. For sure we won't return here, and cannot recommend this place. In Oradea there are far friendlier hotels like this.

Excellent! The room is clean and modern/traditional. The hotel is like airbnb. Rooms have own acces code. Staff is very friendly. If you want a nice accomodation in Oradea i recommand this ! The price is good and the conditions are awesome! I recommend it!
