It's OK. The location in the city center is convenient for finding food. The service is good and it's very quiet. Although it's in the city center, the hygiene is average. The housekeeper kept knocking on the door. The breakfast is good.

Comfy beds!! Hotel was nice and so was the staff. Not huge fans of the area and will probably stay somewhere else next time but overall a good stay.

Rooms and common area were nice and clean. The road noise from Farnam was very load and distruptive.

Quick overnight stay, inquired about breakfast time at check in, was told it started at 7am. I mentioned we needed to leave at 7 for an all day tourney and the very sweet gal at the desk put a note in for night shift to have as much ready a little early as possible. Came down at 6:45 and we were able to check out and grab a quick breakfast before we had to leave. SO appreciated it! Room was good aside from a missing lampshade next to bed and bathroom light switch had a small short in it so you kinda had to hit it just right for it to stay on.

Hotel front desk was completely ignorant. Had to pay for parking separately. When I went to park my car, there were no spots available, even though I had paid to park. I asked the front desk attendant if there was somewhere else to park, she got loud, aggressive and told me it wasn’t her problem and told me to park on the street. Will never stay there again.

WONDERFUL hot breakfast (included in room cost), clean rooms, and friendly people. Parking is limited, and there's a $15 fee to park in the hotel lot. Mattress was softer than I prefer, but I'm used to a firm bed. There was fridge & microwave (but no hairdryer).
I have stayed at this hotel before, and I'd definately stay here again. Great accommodations for the amount I paid!
