Belcekum Beach Hotel

Just returned the staff make this hotel we arrived were shown our room and they are very basic beds pretty hard but we slept fine the shower door had a crack in it there is a large wardrobe but only one drawer there’s a fridge flat screen tv and amazing air con. We could also smell drains on occasion. The grounds are really well maintained and pretty pool area has plenty of sun beds no getting up at dawn for beds here. Now food … breakfast thank goodness for eggs omelettes or fried eggs every day we are far from fussy but some very strange combinations at all meals cauliflower for breakfast isn’t for us we stayed around the pool lunch time and the pizzas and burgers are lovely there cocktails are strong loved the white lady and ice creams twice a day Evening we went back to the restaurant and most days found something to eat plenty of salads choice of fish, chicken dishes and kebabs and vegetables on the outside grill desserts nice as well Turkish night was the best food of our week and we did end up eating out four or our seven days. If you have accessibility issues there is no disabled access to the restaurant there are steep stairs. The worst part for us was the noise we had room 813 right next to the entertainment area which backed into the entertainment for the hotel behind us we had one quiet night when they both had the day off but our room was shaking with the beat from both of them trying to out do each other until 11.30pm most nights very often with no one watching all for people having fun on holiday but if you want an early night or have children they won’t sleep in the block we were in until late. I did ring reception one night and ask for it to be turned down nothing happened. We wouldn’t return we paid £1900 for two of us for the week and didn’t get value for money. Cleaners amazing they don’t stop your room will be cleaned every day the people cleaning around the pool didn’t stop all day bar staff really attentive and friendly this place needs to sort the noise out and the food and it would be great.

Super kindly staff especcially Hilal. She helped us a lot. We got an thai massage treatment with hot stones. And got a lot of information about the city which made our vacation more pleasent. If there were more Hilal’s I’d advice every hotel one of this girl as an animation member!

A very nice place! We had a great time, the staff was very friendly and professional and the food was very good, everything It was very good 😍 It is an ideal place for family and paragliding. We're definitely coming back here! Congratulations for all the organization of the team to make us happy.

Everything was extraordinary, the food very good, diversified and for all tastes, the staff very attentive to the needs of the customers (from the maid to the manager), location close to the beach, comfortable and very clean rooms and my baby girl slept excellently! Thank you very much for everything and we will definitely be back. Until then, good thoughts and see you healthy! P.S. The chefs were very nice, because they made it possible for us to celebrate Easter with red eggs. Thousands of thanks!

I fully recommend, very nice staff, I can't wait to go back. The location is excellent, close to the beach. I was also with family with 2 kids, and was safe for them, they liked. The food also very good, I recommend to have the all inclusive package.

The stay was perfect. It was a great experience in a perfect place. The staff especially Rose is so nice and professional, the food is so delicious and various. I recommend this hotel you can’t find better in Oludeniz.

We did make reservation through Tatilbudur agency. When we were checking in at Belcekum hotel, we were denied the rooms preferred, instead we were given rooms suited to the hotel management, one small room with a smaller size double bed, 140x190, althought we had asked for 2 single beds. The other room on the ground floor which we clearly made a request -twice when booking- not to have ground floor rooms. We did raise complaints with the agency Tatilbudur, as well as Belcekum management. The agency confirmed our requests for the rooms, but the management first claimed they have no knowledge of these preferences, however, later on they changed their position and claimed preferred rooms were not available. The hotel itself is reasonable with well service, good food. Location is great. All well except the approach at the front desk. The hotel management should improve themselves and not to allow false expectations on their guests at the time of booking by being very clear on room allocations.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to since I was 15 years old. Receptionist was beyond rude and wanted to give us a room facing the only wall which was “front desk”. Long before the checkin we were turning and turning to find a place to park our hotel. Finally my husband went indoor and the sent a navy tgat was less than 15 to guid us around and was unsuccessful. There was an alleyway next to the hotel where all the Nino busses were scattered to carry the patagliders . And I was suppose to wait for a bus to leave to bark. Why say you have a parking while you don’t!!! We managed to finally park went in and gave them our passports , the 1 desk, one person front d’est woman was angry that our passport belonged to a country that we didn’t speak their language. She literally started asking how we have these passports. Then gave us a room facing a wall , not the ugly pool they had as there is no view of the sea. I went back to the front d’est , sweating like hell with my BP up in the sky and there were a guy that started giving me lectures about my loud voice. I explains that I am partially defe and at my worst state having been driving for over 2 hours from the airport than 45 min to find a parking! Yet this guy was lecturing me until he gave me the keys for a new room with a view of the meiger swimming pool. We were happy than although I myself was boiling inside. We went to Athena sea and found ourselves in a public beach that was not secured in any way from the residents of the city as they had their picnics right in front of our chairs. To sum this up it was the most horrible experience. Front desk, checking in, beach, night entertainment, food or the lack of it, although supposedly all inclusive, rooms , worse than dormitory. WE checked out the next morning although we reserved for 5 nights. IN SHORT stay away from this dump for your own piece of mind

I stayed with my family for ten days. Everything is very well organised. Top service, very good food and clean room. The satisfaction of employees is a criterion for me and it seems that they are happy with their working conditions. Beautiful sea view from the restaurant and a mountain view from the rooms. Paragliding show on top of you everyday. Pool is good, beach is wonderful. Only little problem is the running laud music at the pool area all the time, which we found quite tiring and unpleasant.
