Quirky hotel., My room made me laugh when I entered. It was a case of so wrong, and bad, yet actually ok. The shower door was painted with a roller, there was something missing from the bedside.. (holes in wall) . The divan bed base that looked like it was from 1970. The corridor doors banging every-time someone opened them. The receptionist that stank of cigarette smoke, the bar closed at 10pm on a Friday evening… all made my stay rather comical. Yet, I would stay again as I had the most amazing sleep, and it was cheap enough to not expect the ritz…

Thank you Harben House Hotel for cancelling my reservation today at 11.15am today leaving me such short notice to find another place claiming you had a outage yet trip advisor reviews say you always cancelling people's bookings for conference meetings plus lucky escape with somone covered in bed bugs this above statement was commented by someone on here trip advisor so glad you canceled and I checked here as I won't try again knowing the bed bug issues but you comment on all the other reviews that are positive and ignore the negative reviews got a much better deal in a cabin at Gulivers Land, Milton Keynes for £53.10 and the staff have been accomidating maybe you should learn from them

Good value and recently redecorated. Little things like USB sockets are good. Sliding toilet door was faulty however.
