We were in Pine Cliffs for the second time and we felt the facility, the perfect access to the sea with the lift, the service on the beach as perfect. The staff and service staff includes Shuttle - service make the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness is particularly highlighted. The very well maintained facility is exciting. Our 3 room apartment, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living dining room and 3 large, furnished balconies was exclusively equipped. From our balconies we had a super view of the adjacent golf course and could watch the golfers very well during the game :).

The area is really very beautiful, the room is old and the household is to re-view the smell of humidity, and the wet draps is not top, we arrived there was food in our refrigerator we reported and we were answered That's to the household lady she thought there was no world , so no Check before the arrival. The top location !

perfect service, valet parking for no extra charge, nice huge rooms, got an upgrade to ocean view room, the only negative part was the mattress (very firm), but we got a topper the next day and were fine anew, wonderful breakfast with egg menu, got a very relaxing massage in the spa, loved the indoor pool, outside pool was not heated in January (to few clients), that was our 3rd stay and we always loved the hotel

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

hello this was our second trip my first trip was last year in the same hotel and it was the best three years we had spent in any hotel we loved the hotel and everything from service to food location everything but this time we were treated horribly at the reception the perrsonal at the reception was the worst a hotel should have as the first contact first of all they gave us seperate bed to a couple and wheen we asked the beds to be joined the reception personal after half an hour waiting for somebdy to come and join the beds told us and that too in the worst possible way that the housekeeping will come when they have time the worst experience anybdy can have in t¡a hotel where u have booked a second time for the treatment u have had earlier i will not recommend anybdy to book this hotel i dont know it was because we booked through trip .com because they treated us real badi am really hurt by the treatment given by the reception staff to a paying client

El hotel está recientemente reformado y en general muy elegante y con zonas de estar, terrazas etc muy bonitos. Pero le falta un gimnasio y quizas algo más de entretenimiento. El bufet tanto de desayuno como de cena es correcto, pero sin pasarse en calidad. Cocina variada pero sin riesgos. Pero en general hemos disfrutado nuestra estancia y con un par de detalles estaríamos hablando de 5 estrellas.
