Really nice interior. Cozy nice rooms. There is no AC in the room, or at least it is not working as it should. It was hard to sleep, because the room was too "hot". Also one minus, there was no shampoo or even shower gel in the bathroom. Only soap for washing hands, and it was solid bottle next to the sink! No soap at the shower at all... Small lake with possibility to activities near by. Beach, bar, beach volley etc. Also located to the nature.

The hotel is located in a very very nice area, close to a lake with some beaches, and a little forest area. It's ideal to relax, to go as a couple or with children as there are many activities and playgrounds for kids.

Upon arrival, you can easily park your car in the spacious parking lots. Unfortunately, the hotel currently has no charging points for electric vehicles. I understood from one of the staff members that they are working on it, and he hopes it will be installed in the coming months. Should you have your own bikes with you, you can store them in a lockable storage area; this area is accessible with your room key. The reception was closed when we arrived after 8 pm, but we were nicely met in the restaurant, where we were immediately given our room key. No paperwork or credit card authorization, which you don't see very often anymore, but it does exude tremendous hospitality. The employee then walked us to another building where our room was. We had a lovely spacious junior suite on the 2nd floor with a separate bathtub placed in the room, and in the bathroom, there was a rain shower. The beds were good. For us on the hard side, but that is a matter of personal preference, we slept wonderfully in an oasis of tranquility. There is a small but very good breakfast buffet in the morning with fresh bread, plenty of toppings, and hard-boiled eggs. In summary: Tranquility, hospitality, neat facilities, and above all, friendly and attentive staff.

Lovely hotel in the middle of the woods. Went for a romantic weekend and it definitely exceeded our expecations, we loved it!
Bedroom was very spacious and clean, super comfy bed and friendly staff. Great for a relaxing weekend.

Booked the suite (room 108) here for a night to discover Twente and visit Ootmarsum. The location is great in the middle of nature with the beautiful recreation area just a stone's throw away. The room (50m2!) with bubble bath, sauna, bathrobes etc. was super clean and nice layout. Lovely bed too👍. Excellent - not exaggerated with salmon and such - breakfast buffet where everything was generously present. Beautiful walks, summer swimming, etc. in the immediate area are possible. What stands out as a "westerner" ... everything looks neat, no graffiti, exceptional. We will definitely come back to the surprisingly beautiful Twente.

A really great experience. We spontaneously booked an overnight stay and are completely delighted. The hotel and the entire complex are very well maintained, the rooms very comfortable and modern, the staff competent and extremely friendly. In the evening we chose a 3-course menu, which tasted very good and was rounded off with a delicious rosé. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. We will definitely come back and stay a little longer, as the area offers many activities.

The hotel is located next to Het Hulsbeek, where you can enjoy recreation and walking when the weather is nice, located in the middle of the forest. We booked a room with a terrace because it was summer. With the warm weather we wanted to sit outside, but we suddenly got a room on the 2nd floor without any view (roof tiles were the only thing we could see). Inquiries at reception told us that our booked room had been given away to a company that had an activity here and that we had actually been upgraded to a larger, more expensive junior suite. Room was warm and the air circulation was not such that it became fresher. Small bathroom. The beds were good. And the breakfast in the morning was fine, just a somewhat uninviting breakfast room. Partly based on all the reviews, we expected a completely different stay, so we left after a stay that did not meet our expectations. Hotel is very pricey and is overpriced for what you get.
