Вообще не люблю оставлять негативные отзывы. Но, лучше оставить, чтобы у заселяющихся было понимание о службе бронирования. Мы забронировали номер за месяц до даты заезда, а именно в декабре 2020 г. (заезд планировали 03.01.2021 г.) В дополнении к брони нам пообещали бесплатную сауну. Раз такое дело, мы попросили пригласить специалиста по массажу, т.к. по словам Екатерины, с кем мы общались, у отеля есть приходящий мастер. После того, как вышел указ губернатора СПб о закрытии музеев, театров и т.д., мы, скрепя сердце, решили не менять город для новогоднего отдыха, еще раз созвонились с Гайотом, и пообщавшись с менеджером, подтвердили заезд без изменений. Накануне - 02.01.2021 г. мы хотели позвонить, чтобы спросить, как лучше проехать от вокзала к ним...И никто трубку не взял, ни с 1, ни с 10го раза. Уже перед посадкой в поезд на вайбер нам ответила Екатерина, что отель закрыт, и вся наша программа с сауной и прочими планами идет, как говорится, стороной... ! Какова вам шкала безразличия к своим клиентам!? Но это еще не все. Разумеется, продолжая в том же духе, нам даже не сказали, что им жаль, что так произошло, что они сожалеют и т.д. Ни слова... Не говоря о том, чтобы предупредить заблаговременно своих гостей!
