Hotels near Heiwa City Park in Oita

I used it in mid-December. Since it is adjacent to JR Oita Station, you can go from the station in 2 ～ 3 minutes without getting wet in the rain. Go to 19F in your room clothes, receive a towel set at the reception, and go to the men's bath changing place. 19F has an indoor bath and two types of saunas (Finland sauna and mist sauna), and there were more than 10 washrooms. 19F Indoor bath is a natural hot spring that is pumped from 700m underground. After soaking in the inner bath of 19F, go up the stairs to 20F (rooftop). There are two types of bathtubs here. It is a little hot water and a little lukewarm carbonated spring. Also, the view of soaking in the bathtub is the best! It's nice in the daytime, but the view illuminated by neon at night is also nice. Guests can use it from 6am the next morning. This morning bath was the most comfortable. Breakfast was served at the 8F restaurant from 7 am. I arrived around 6:55 with a breakfast ticket, but 7 ～ 8 people were already lined up. Instead of choosing your favorite seat, the person in charge will guide you. At that seat, the person in charge asks whether the main dish is Japanese or Western. On this day (12/16), Japanese food was grilled ＋ small bowl, Western food was hamburger ＋ small bowl. Except for the main dish, it is a buffet style, and it is a style that you take this and that yourself. It was a pity that I couldn't have breakfast slowly because the bus to the airport was early. The view was great and it was comfortable! I want to stay here again. To be honest, I would say that the cleaning is not good enough... There were some small pieces of debris and hair left behind!

I have stayed in hotels in Japan many times. The quality is as good as ever and the temperature is the same. Lawson downstairs in the hotel provides great convenience. Although the location is a bit far from the JR station, it can be reached quickly by walking down the commercial street.

My wife booked this hotel for us for our weekend in Beppu. We selected this hotel based on the price, parking, and location. It is within walking distance to the train station and down town area. They have parking here which is a plus. The staff was very friendly, the individual helping us spoke great English which made check in/out easy. They have breakfast here, because of COVID, it was not buffet style, but the trays were nice and the food was great. The rooms were perfect, they were modern, spacious, and had everything we needed, plus the bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay here.

You have to take off your shoes as soon as you enter the lobby, and hotel staff will help you clean the wheels of your suitcase when you enter. From the lobby to the elevator, you can go directly to the hotel room upstairs and downstairs, which is a very special experience. The breakfast was rich and the room was clean and tidy. Very satisfied, I will stay here again next time.

Travel with a group of friends to Beppu but only 4 of us decided to stay at Amanek for 2 nights. This was the best decision ever as we were closed to the JR station, eateries, Tokiwa shopping mall, Donki and the beach were within walking distance. Only few staff could speak English. Those who speak Japanese only also try their best to serve the guest. I am impressed by how clean and new the whole hotel is. Best of all, I love the free flow of juices & beverages. You could also do take away in the UCC coffee disposible cup. Love the choice of either western or local breakfast with free flow of side dishes. I am surprised by how big the bedroom is and spacious bathroom. The gym equipment tho basic, are new & in good condition. The onsen is clean & modern & I love the warm rooftop pool with an awesome view! Amanek is thoughtful to provide guest with a basket to hold all your onsen needs. Upon check out, I was overcharged for my 2 days of breakfast. The staff was quick to rectify the problem & refunded me on the spot. Yes, would definitely stay in Amanek again in my next visit to Beppu! Thank you for the awesome stay!

Very helpful and friendly front desk staffs will smiling face all the time. The onsen on the roof top is excellent particularly the outdoor pool. I love their ramen serving after 9:30 pm, good timing after enjoing onsen. The room size is reasonable if you been to enough hotels in Japan. Cleanliness and tidynesss is impressive. Breakfast is good but love to see more western selections. Overall I love this hotel and will prefer to stay there again.

About 5 minutes walk from Oita Station. It is convenient because it is close to the station. There is also a Family Mart as soon as you get out of the first floor. The construction is a bit old, but there is no problem. The pot is in the room, but it is a little troublesome that tea and drop coffee cannot be taken from the front desk. I think the view on the sea side is good, but that's a consultation with your wallet. I went to the bath from the morning the next day. It was around 6:30, but it was a reasonable entry. It seems that it is crowded if it is late. Breakfast starts at 7:30. The receptionist at check-in asks you the start time, but unlike dinner, it is not an hour system, so if you go at 8:30 or so, you will have a restriction on admission. The staff was also concerned about that area, and the table was about to be cleaned up when the bride & younger child was going to the toilet, and the older child and I were going to pick up dessert. There are some types of buffets that cannot be compared with eating at once in a mix of Japanese and Western styles. There are raw fish and some types of grilled fish are also served at the table. This was delicious. I mean, everything is delicious. Around the lobby on the 1st floor, there is a drink bar in the evening bathing space, and there is a coffee machine in the playroom, which is generous. There is also hell steaming, where you can enjoy plum wine or shochu, so even those who do not eat can enjoy it. Still, I think that eating can enjoy this place. Also, if you stay at peak time, you may be vacant and satisfied if you take early action (evening bath, morning bath, breakfast). I stayed with a lot of children. This time I stayed in combination with Harmony Land (if you go the next day, turn left and turn U). There are many rooms as it is, so it may not be suitable for those who want the quietness of adults. It may be good for a lively but OK group, a group that likes alcohol.
