TL;DR terrible experience We booked four nights and had issues with our toilet the first night. It was ”fixed” the 2nd night but then the same issue again (not flushing). We asked to switch rooms but when management was informed they told the front desk agent not to switch us, & that maintenance would come again first thing in the morning. So no working lavatory for us then? We're paying money & no where to go to bathroom. We begged for a new room and finally got one but it was a new issue because now our TV and WIFI wasn't working. We eventually got our tv working so shoutout to front desk for trying to accommodate us unlike the manager. The pool needs serious repair and cleaning. The hot tub seemed okay but the pool floor was slimy and the water so foggy and dirty. Pretty gross. Breakfast and coffee was okay. Beds okay too. Good location by the beach but there's so many others there I would just pick one of those. I'll never stay here again. I still can't believe the manager never reached out to offer a discount or anything after all the issues we had.

The resort was very good. We only had one problem, the TV kept going off line, and the Resort maintenance man's answer was to just wiggle the connection? The apartment was very good with a few of the ocean. The pool was not used by us, but the ones that did use it looked very happy. We do recommend this resort

We booked it for a fun convention. I was disappointed right off the bat. I put both my husband's name and mine on the prepay reservation. They insisted that my husband had to come in to show photo ID so they could confirm it really was us. The kitchenette had no towels or anything to wash with. They said they don't have kitchen towels or cloths. We booked 3 nights, they gave us 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. They said they had a towel shortage. Brought our garbage to the front desk because we didn't know what else to do so they said, put it outside your door and give us a call about it being there. Although, there was no replacement bags in the room. When I went to take a shower, I learned that we had 2 hotel type conditioner bottles and 2 lotion bottles. No shampoo. We only got one mini bar of soap so I used it to wash my hair. The heater in our room didn't work right either. It was either blowing cold or hot when set on Auto. We did try several settings. We froze the first night. Cooked to death second night. Third night just cold but not freezing. I heard the restaurant isn't open yet. I could see things were being worked on but they also seem to have a lack of staff. I don't feel the cost was appropriate for the level of care. I did find 2 of the staff that really did seem to care. One stuck up woman and then lazy ones. Notice the unclean porch. The tore up base of front door.

Excellent location, close to the beach. Now it is the rainy season, the hall includes several kitchens in dripping water. The breakfast type is quite rich, but the place to eat dripping water affects the mood of eating. I hope that the house will be closed when I go to live next time. The room is spacious and the heating is great.

Upon check-in room floor was wet from being mopped, almost slipped while carrying heavy luggage. Floor lamp shade was broken. Hide-a-bed cushions were worn and ripped, had no linens blanket or pillow (Had to ask front desk for them). Wall mounted hair dryer was ready to fall off the wall. Bi-fold closet mirror doors would stick and jam wren trying to open and close, were afraid they would fall down. Room window latch was coming off and had trouble opening and closing. Window was dirty, the outside looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Also the floor was filthy for just being mopped before we checked in, had to wash our feet before we got into bed. We had stayed there years ago with our two young kids, it was great them......not now, worm out dirty and unmaintained room, as well as older gentleman yelling at the cleaning staff didn't give a very welcoming check-in experience!
