April 15 when we arrived hotel around 12 10 pm Manager made us wait 1 hour for checking with price their management in Yangon office. I can clearly remember my room number is 105 the room is smelling, no cleaning, and animal crap on the bed and cleaner come clean in the room when I was sleeping. Moreover, phone line is not working, I went to hotel reception to complain, and guess what no1 care about it. The phone is not working till we checked out. And night shift manager said they are going to charge us extra dollars if we use hotel spoon and plate. Trust me, everything is horribly wrong with this hotel.

The location was very good, they rented ebikes for you, the temples were close and had a lot of restaurants near by. The rooms and shared bathroom were kept clean, the staff was nice and the breakfast was some toasts, fruit and tea/coffee. Good price for backpackers.

The hotel is far from everything, there is nothing nearby, for example there is no place to go somewhere for dinner in the evening. And you can’t have dinner at the hotel. It’s also far from the road. If you're by car, it's fine. The breakfast is good, the room is ok, just fine for a couple of nights. At the reception they offer to fly in balloons. We took $130 from them. Super! Bagan is absolutely amazing!
