Had an amazing stay at the Panari Resort. Excellent service and very professional and friendly staff. The food was great with generous servings!The conference facilities were great, spacious and suited our training. There’s lots of activities to engage including the Thompsons falls, the hippo sanctuary and board games for the evenings. I also enjoyed the bonfires. Alex was a fantastic host and gave us a tour around. Will definitely be back!

Alex the F&B manager has got to be real face of this Resort!🥳🥳🥳🥳 He is effortlessly a hospitality icon! ✓Great food, ✓Great rooms. ✓Serenity at its best 🥳 As detailed as i am,i didn't find a single fault.🫡 I intend to come back to find one!😏🤪 Having Mercy Kariuki in Nairobi and Alex in Nyahururu has got to be your greatest strategy!🥳 May the Lord Keep the two! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were impressed by the aesthetics (the landscape, artwork, décor, plants) name it all. The service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, and ready to assist with a smile. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of Thompson Falls. The dining experience was superb. The meals were delicious and offered a wide variety of fresh n tasty options. We were also thrilled with the hotel’s additional amenities like spa, sauna swimming pool, gym and much more. Special shout out to *Alex Namunje* and *Henry Kimani* who made it a truly memorable experience. We would recommend this hotel to anyone vising the area.

The human resource was topnotch. Your table was cleared immediately you were done with a meal and was to move to the next course. The rooms were cleaned to perfection. The room service in terms of getting the water bottles was top notch. It was cold but courtesy of the prompt response I didn't feel cold. The food, the chefs did wonders with. I couldn't stop picking on the salads the whole week I was there. There was a different variety daily. Our guide to the hippo joint Alexander and our host during the karaoke night outdid himself. I really appreciate the care I received. I never once felt home sick. Thought of even overstaying. Thank you thank you the staff of Panari.

One week experience at panari was awesome. The services were excellent. Nice meals, comfortable accommodation. Alex made the team enjoy all the facilities. The gym, sauna,steam bath and the swimming. Took his time to ensure the team had visit to maanguu for the hippo viewing. Very hospitable workers

We loved the whole experience. Our children enjoyed a day at the indoor pool area and have lots to say about their day. The staff, the food, the evening bonfire was great too! The manager, Mr. Alex was ever so kind and helpful. The waterfalls create a soothing and picturesque environment, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty around the hotel. It’s a tranquil setting that truly enhances the overall experience. The fireplace in the rooms, on the other hand, provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially in the evenings. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with a good book or a glass of wine.🥂 Looking forward to going back again. 🙏👏

3 day stay of exemplary service at Panari Resort Nyahururu. Special shout out to Mr.Alex part of Management team for engagement and follow up for the best service. Well cordinated infrastructure ,serene ,comfortable and a proper getaway for work , leisure. Worth the experience

We had the best stay at villa 1! The rooms were so clean and so were the linens ! The fire in the house made us forget we were in nyahururu. The service was top notch! The staffs were also so good to us., Nicholas and Erick at the reception were amazing!
