We chose this hotel for its good location and convenience, but frankly speaking, there are quite some room for improvement. For example, upon check in, after I show them the trip.com booking record, I was still questioned which online platform I made the booking and if I had paid the tourism tax through the platform. Last time when we stayed here, I did not face these trouble, because the staff could actually retrieve all these information from the hotel booking system by himself. Not sure why they couldn’t do the same this time and insist I need to provide the proof myself, others wise I must pay the tourism tax again. In addition, the 2 card keys we received were both faulty. One was not readable on the card reader in the lift, the other one cannot open the room door. We went down to exchange, but the replacement card was still faulty and couldn’t be used in the lift. That’s why I give only 2 stars for the service and amenity.
