Smaller resort so it’s less rowdy which can be great for a nice relaxing vacation. The staff at the activities center are awesome! Huge shout outs to Milton, Carlos, and Julio around the pool and Frances at the front desk! They made each activity awesome and got to know the guests.

Awesome stay with my 11 yr old
Safe and small enough with lots of activities to keep him entertained. All the staff were so thoughtful and nice. Food was great and restaurants were very clean and sanitary.
Will definetly stay here again!

Did not like the limited access to dinner and having to make reservations between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. so if you had an excursion off the property you could not have dinner at the resort.
Did not like how crappy the drinks were made. They had no flavor and were made very poorly.
Entertainment was so-so but dis not last long and the bar area had limited seating. Especially since there was only one bar open in the evening. The entertainment at the bar was VERY LIMITED and not very good. They also only played any entertainment for like an hour than basically “Elevator Music” for the rest of the evening.
The waiting staff as far as the bartenders were friendly and on top of it. I personally didn’t find the rest of the staff to be very helpful as far scheduling the ride back to airport or knowing where planned excursions were located. Our first excursions had to be rescheduled cause the staff sent us to the wrong marina.
Overall we were able to make the best of our time in Mexico minus a few hiccups. We would visit Mexico again however would be at a different location.

For being all inclusive, it was a bit of a let down. My family was unable to eat at any of the restaurants other than the "main" buffet type restaurant despite asking the next morning for the entire week. The bathrooms had maybe one sink that would work to wash hands. The staff at the pool and lounge were amazing and attentive. Cant say I would go again to this place though just because of the eating issue.

The property is beautiful well maintained and the staff is amazing. The problem was the food. The options were limited, the buffets were not good and the restaurants with seating were just average to poor. .

The Royal level experience was wonderful. Easy access to the beach for walks and playing in the water. Pools were a good place to relax and get away from the heat/sun. Food options were plentiful, you could always find something to eat. Bars were well stocked with lots of good options. Room was comfortable.

We loved our room. So much so that we didn't want to complain about the little things that were wrong in case we were moved to another room. First we ask for a king bed but got two queen beds. The sliding glass door did not lock and the shower head would not stay up. But like I said we didn't want to be moved to a less desirability room. The staff are all wonderful. Especially the young ladies that work the longe. We loved the coffee cart show. One thing that is a down side is that space is limited in the longe and there is only one. The chairs were a little uncomfortable and it's quite loud.The pool area had more than anough space, and the beach was fantastic. A little more shade would be nice. All in all we all had a great time. I would recommend this resort to anyone. Thanks for a great stay.
