The pair stopped in August 2020. The business number was chosen. This category of rooms in Avant is different first of all in the size of – 25m.sq. In the future I also stayed in the business, so I do not know what other differences in the rooms. Furniture is quite fresh. The pipeline is also in excellent condition. It was unpleasantly surprised only the ”tired” TV. He could not read the video on the flash. Neighbors were not heard. The 6th floor room On breakfast was quite crowded but the rooms were free. Everything was very delicious. The hotel is located far from the business epicenter. The balcony gives good noise isolation from the street. In general, the business number is not cheap but fulfilled our expectations. Televisions at least in business rooms need to be changed.

Of the pluses: beautiful with appearance and clean room. Next is only a minus. 1. When I checked in, I was offered to sign an unfilled contract as such things are disturbing me. 2. Very slippery floors in the bathroom. Water from the shower hits the floor before the toilet, a pond forms. And when you get out of the shower comes into this pond. Warnings that floors are slippery, the clutch in the shower is not, the carpet is not. As a result I slipped, I slipped in the flight a glass! (Why!) the flask from the erchiche, it broke down and I didn't land safely on these glass hip. As a result, a ripped hip wound. I called the administrator for help to call me an ambulance, which I was answered why I couldn't call myself. One minute later they call back and say that all such an ambulance was called. They eventually took the trauma station and put the sewings. I was shocked. No sympathy! It was my first day of vacation, I came from another city alone. I was unable to change the hotel and I was incapable of leaving the same day with a fresh wound. I was not able to fight . The room was cleaned. But when I left, I took money for the sausage and still asked if everything liked, which I replied, of course not, the holiday was spoiled, I was injured and at least a week I could not get to work. Also I have to pay for the yorshik that I used not on purpose not on his own fault. What did I answer, and the number is how? Otherwise everything liked? Come again! It's hardly, with such attitude! I'm just still shocked by the situation. There really can be killed, I am still lucky, but there are children resting, and older people, to think scary what can be (and such attitude of administrators, there are no words

Stopped in the 4th local standard room on the 23rd floor at the beginning of May 2023. Plus: 1. Successful location of the hotel right on Garina-Mikhaylovski Square, in step-by-step access from the railway station and the corresponding metro station. Taxi to the airport at morning time is 40 minutes. 2. A spacious room of two rooms, good 2x bed 3. All clean. There is a special mirror for shaving and shaving items. 4. Separate toilet and bath, which is relevant for a family of 4 people. 5. Good breakfasts on the Swedish table type 6. Welcome reception staff 7. If you like height - fascinating views of the station area from the 23rd floor of Minusa: 1. Additional bedrooms are laying chairs, not very convenient. 2. No closet or hangar in the corridor of the room, and the dressing room is located in the depth of the 2nd room next to the bed. It is uncomfortable. You have to go deep in the top clothes to get off. 3. The room bathroom is not fixed on the crane. 4. Hotel staff didn't go to the meeting twice. In their first trip we arrived shortly before midnight and left at 7 a.m. At the same time paid for a whole day, no discount we did. Second point: breakfast starts at 7-00, we hurried to the airport and asked by phone to prepare lunch boxes in advance, for early departure. It is not difficult to guess that the hotel staff have forgotten about lunch boxing, and at the request to start us for breakfast minutes on 10-15 earlier, they replied that such service is not provided and offered lunch boxing after 7 a.m. In general, the hotel is normal if you use rail transport, it is convenient logistics. Good hotel, everything was in line with our expectations. In the room is a double bed, shower cabin, saucer, disposable slippers :), TV. We were in the room in the morning and night. For breakfast (in value) pancakes or cushion+bread with butter+ melted cheese+coffee+egg. Very delicious and nutritious. For 300 rubles a comprehensive lunch or dinner-sup peanut/cheese+ chicken/pig/fisher+garnier+ tea/coffee. Very responsive staff, told from where and on what to get. Thank you very much!!! One shortcoming is the distance from the whole ... we have been hard to get to the hotel from the Novosibirsk General Station, which is located in 10 minutes of drive. There is simply no one going ... and could not go back by taxi ... Transport goes, but everything where you wanted to go is far away. But at the same time the price is quite in line with the quality even at the remote location of the hotel. Thank you, everything was like!
