Very dirty and stinking sea. I was madly disappointed and unhappy.right behind the hotel is a smelly sewer that flows into the sea by the hotel.Nobody tell us about it.

when you start evaluating which exotic country to go to, you look for the following requirements: paradise place, non-rainy climate, clean sea and warm water, beautiful beach with white sand, resort near the beach, all-inclusive formula, presence of places to visit with lots of excursions to break the routine. Last but not least, the cost. In 99% of cases you cannot get all these features and you end up with a compromise. After more than 20 years around. I can assure you that Seaclub Royal Resort brings them all together and I was wonderfully impressed. I confirm what was reported in the positive reviews that preceded me regarding the management staff and I underline the professionalism of all the entertainment guys with the elegant and non-intrusive approach that distinguishes "FrancoRosso".

This is the first 5-star hotel in Madagascar and marks a significant milestone in the country's tourism industry. This Resort is located at the very north part of Nosy Be. The journey from the port and the center of the island takes about 1 hour, while from the airport, it takes less than 30 minutes. “Welcome to paradise”, the hotel’s motto, gives you a very good idea of what awaits you. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the very friendly staff and Antonio, the hotel’s manager. The check-in process was very smooth, after a much-needed Espresso (offered from the director) we were accompanied to our room. The room was spacious, restroom and shower were separated, and this is not always given even in other 5-stars hotels. There was a terrace overlooking the internal garden. They are very attentive to sustainability; this can get a bit borderline when you discover that there are no bathrobes, and no body lotion is provided. Plastic is almost inexistant, they use dispensers for soap, shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo. Glass and paper are used wisely in the room. We were not able to find any pillow-menu though, this is again, a bit borderline considering the hotel’s class. The room’s door is not very soundproof, in the night and early morning, you can hear music and voices from the aisle. The main pool bar is where you can have a snack or Aperitif, nothing crazy to be fully honest. The buffet-style offers you a limited choice between tea/coffee with cookies and some fruits or pizza/small sandwiches. More than once, it happened that the bar buffet was empty well before the Aperitif closing time. This issue does not arise with the main buffet restaurant. The food is always available, and the choice is above average. Quality is also good. We found it a bit strange that, officially, there are no gluten-free options or milk alternatives. Bread has different shapes but essentially, it’s the same white flour bread. No soy, coconut, or plant-based milk available. Even no lactose-free option, apparently even upon request you can’t have it. The variety of the buffet is good, bear in mind there are practically zero restaurants outside the hotel, hence you will most probably eat at the hotel every day. We received a free soft-all-inclusive upgrade upon arrival, you get a bracelet, and all meals and snacks are included. Make sure to read what’s included and what’s not, espresso and cappuccino for instance, are not included even at breakfast. There’s no dress code in the entire establishment, this is again a bit odd, and things can definitely go out of control. Shirtless people wearing flip-flops happened multiple times at lunch time. We fully understand that without a dress code you can pretty much wear (or not) whatever you like, but shirtless does not belong to a restaurant. The hotel is beautiful and the bed was so comfortable to stay in, the only problem was in our room 330 the toilet door kept getting stuck and can’t get out which they need to fix, I did try to report this to the management but they didn’t speak English (the 2 tall managers) All of the staff are fantastic and they work so hard

We spent 2 weeks in the hotel and we are satisfied. A new, high-quality facility, next to a beautiful beach. Large rooms in a well-kept garden. Good food, nice service with management who are visible every day, very committed to making the guests' day pleasant. The hotel is operated by two groups of animators: Italians and local Malagasy. Very nice and committed people. At every step you can see employees taking care of order in the garden and on the beach. There are many comfortable wooden deckchairs with umbrellas on the beach. There was never a shortage of places. The beach was very clean, cleaned all day long. All Inclusive soft meals. No worries, nothing is missing, maybe coffee. As standard, only coffee from a canister, if you want it from an espresso machine, e.g. cappuccino or espresso - for an additional fee. As for the really minor comments: very poor internet, you need a lot of determination to use it. Next is the air conditioning in the room, as I wrote, the rooms are very large and the air conditioning is too weak, the nights are hot. Likewise the bathroom, large with little ventilation. But this does not spoil my enjoyment of the holiday. I recommend the resort and the island with full responsibility. Walking a few hundred meters away from the hotel, along the beach, you can see the real world of Madagascar.

The hotel looks like paradise. Everything is beautiful. Food was perfect. The choice of food was very big. The program in hotel was perfect. Animation team was very kind and very friendly. They always call us to some activites. Best guys from the animation team were Hamisy, Anjara, Daldo, Durand and Josia. Rooms were beautiful. Beach bar was very fast i never waited more than 1 minute. Beach was clean and sandy. The gym was good. Pools were clean. If i were you i would visit this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel.
