We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. While the location and the privacy met our expectations, the hotel is definitely not a 5*. It hasn’t been renovated for a long time, I almost fell off from the treadmill because it hasn’t been oiled for ages. Food is terrible, my husband and I got food sick during our stay. The food is very low quality and super oily with limited healthy options. Furthermore, it’s crazy overpriced for such low quality. Service was initially good, but regular miscommunications due to the level of English resulted in a painful check-out experience. Additionally they didn’t show interest that we were not happy with the check-out process or the feedback on the food as they didn’t even ask any details at check-out. Such a pity, it could be really a beautiful place.

We loved everything about our vila. Every staff, including our butler, Mr. An was so sweet. The activities were very fun and relaxing. The food option was good as well. We would most definitely come back for another stay in the future!

It is the best place where you can come to relax and retreat. I will come there again.

Everything is good! If you want to relax in Nha Trang, I highly recommend this place!!!!! It was quiet and I could only hear the sounds of nature, so it was very healing!!! Please bring food in your carrier!! Take it all away when you check in and get it back when you check out!!!!! Be sure to bring ramen in your carry-on!!!!

The hotel in Ningfan Bay has a seaside single-family villa. The entire hotel has more than 30 rooms, so even if the Spring Festival comes, it is very quiet. The overall style is wild, luxurious and escapist, suitable for people who like to take a vacation. There are not many Chinese people in the hotel, mainly Europeans, Americans, Koreans, and local Vietnamese. The butler I contacted was named Jayce. The service was very good, the response was quick, he spoke fluent English, and the communication was smooth. He received good reviews. There are also disadvantages. The hotel has been open for a long time, so the room facilities are relatively outdated. However, the flaws are not hidden. The villa is very large and has a very special room type experience. In addition, our family of three felt that the quality of the food in the hotel was average. Finally, I highly recommend the hotel’s jungle hiking. You must take part in it. The special landform and special experience are very popular with a 6-year-old child. This activity cannot be experienced in Sanya or Thailand.

A very beautiful hotel. Our butler is a very nice and handsome young man. The service is also very warm and considerate, making us feel at home. The hotel manager was also very nice and gave us very positive feedback on our suggestions. This time I took my whole family to the beach for vacation. The whole family was very satisfied with this hotel and left very good memories. If you have no problem communicating in basic English, I really recommend this hotel. It is very cost-effective. It should be noted that the meal portions are relatively large, so it is recommended to order smaller meals.

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Many of the furnishings are hand-carved and very exquisite. The service is also very good. Whether you are ordering a meal in the room, or adding some ice cubes or water, it will be delivered within five minutes of making a phone call. I didn’t bring any cash with me this time, and I didn’t tip the housekeeper or the waiter, but no one gave me a bad look during the whole process, and the service was excellent👍 On the last day of departure, the housekeeper came to check the refrigerator and saw that a bottle of Coke was missing. I asked my family if they had any drinks, but everyone said no. I was a little unhappy, thinking that the hotel was deliberately looking for trouble, and even said a few unpleasant words to the housekeeper. Later, my mother said that she drank coke. She thought I asked her if she had drank coffee in the morning, so she answered no 🙈🙈 Diep, the housekeeper in our room, was really enthusiastic. He would come over every time and ask if there was anything he needed. He would always care for our family when he saw me near the lobby. Even though I was wronged when I finally left, he was not unhappy at all. He prepared a lot of bread and fruits for us, and kept smiling and waving when we left on the boat. Bye, I’m so touched 👍

The lagoon villa we stayed in was amazing! The restaurant has delicious food and reasonable prices! A very pleasant family vacation! Children love riding bicycles on the island

The beach environment is beautiful, and the butler service is attentive. However, the management and services in many aspects are not in place, and there is still a big gap compared to hotels of the same type.

The hotel has a good location and unique scenery, but the facilities are old and the decoration materials are cheap. I think it is not worth the price, especially since we are a family of two adults and two children. We originally booked a twin room, but we booked a total in Vietnam. Of the four hotels, only this one does not allow children to share a bed with adults. We arrived at 5 o'clock when it was still bright, and we were not allowed to go to the island until it got dark at nearly 7 o'clock. During this period, we proposed to add an extra bed like other hotels. To the older children, but they still disagreed. They kept negotiating and calling, and the replies were very slow. They had to wait for about twenty minutes for every call they received. The reply they got was ridiculous, asking us to open another villa, but we didn’t want to. Agree and then call and wait for a long time for a reply. The purpose is to sell us a bigger room and not let us stay if we don't agree. In the end, we had to double the price to upgrade two rooms. This forced consumption method is very disgusting. This is the worst hotel in Vietnam travel and makes me have a very bad impression of Vietnamese hotels. The service staff on the island are very warm and attentive.

Overall it was very good. I can understand the price, but I think it would be better if people who are not used to animals (geckos) refrain from visiting!

This is a great resort, especially for couples on vacation. This place is quiet, romantic, has a very private space. Service staff very attentive. Very suitable for couples to go on vacation and propose. The food here is very good and reasonably priced. I will come back if I have a chance! Very pleased with this place. The spa experience here is also great. All in all, the feeling of staying here is great!

The accommodation itself is surrounded by nature where you can completely heal, and the room condition was very good, so I was satisfied. I had dinner and breakfast and it was delicious.

It's a good place to relax for a few days. However, to go out of the resort in the middle of the schedule, you have to reserve a boat, so be sure to tell the staff the day before and go out at 9 am and come back around 3 pm. The breakfast restaurant provided Western-style meals and simple Vietnamese food. It's not that the taste isn't bad, but it was a bit disappointing that there was only one restaurant to eat during the 4 days and 3 nights schedule. It is a good place for couples and families to quietly heal and rest as there is a light trail and a beach.
