衞生很好。
早餐非常一般，建議去外面吃。
停車場很小很陡，最重要的是晚上有人在通道亂停車。建議停路邊車位裏。
服務人員對酒店的設備設施瞭解不多，例如向pa詢問酒店洗衣室在幾樓，有沒有刮鬍刀，都説不清楚🥲
5樓左邊的洗衣機，不衹是衞生沒做好還是怎麼的，毀色厲害，直接將我的白色衣服洗成一塊灰一塊白，最後衹好丟棄。

帶孩子住的套房，房間很大，兩個房間互不幹擾，挺好，空調給力，裝修不錯。衞生整體還行，但是地上有粘粘的菜湯類的東西沒有擦乾淨。五樓有免費洗衣機可以洗衣服。停車位不多，可以停路邊車位，都是免費的。床品很好，有兩種枕頭，很滿意！
不過帶着娃剛入住就有塞小卡片的……幸虧沒給娃看見，這點挺噁心。
早餐要在前台買，18一位，有粥，麪包，豆沙包，炒粉湯粉，炒飯，玉米，紅薯，油條，雞蛋，牛奶豆漿，各種小鹹菜等等，沒有肉。
整體還不錯

店裡空間不是很大，但佈置很集中，燈光渲染也很有氛圍一進門真的是驚艷到了，環境特別不錯，是周圍環境最好的了，性價比非常高總體很漂亮，是個令人放鬆的地方

連鎖品牌，值得信賴，酒店附近的餐飲店也很多，到大商場購物也就步行10幾分鐘，價格也很親民，下次來還住。

前台兩位小姐姐待客熱情，時隔兩年多再次入住該酒店，還是感慨酒店房型面積比其他的城市便捷要大的多，而且房間無異味還帶着點清香，非常不錯～0

平時經常去的，之前接待的服務員小姐姐態度都很好。這次去住竟然一個都不認識了，態度極差，辦理入住的時候手忙腳亂，辦理個入住辦理半天，這都算了。問題是退房的時候，又要開發票又要辦理退房，搞了半天都沒有弄好，我問前台兩遍還要多久，像沒聽到一樣，直接忽視了。我又耐着性子再問了一遍，前台直接給我來一句，沒看到這裏這麼多人啊，等一下。我直接被氣到了，這個酒店竟然有這樣高高在上的前台，太牛了。一個穿着休閑衣服，沒帶工牌的人是哪裡請來的？真是什麼人都能進連鎖店了。房間衞生真的是一言難盡，床單還有個大補丁。還有點血跡，睡都不敢睡，房間衞生不知多久打掃一次。本來衞生我不會説什麼的，但是這一次的服務實在讓我大鐵眼鏡，大失所望，從來沒有遇到過！

高低得説兩句，真是花錢找罪受！！！
我到這個酒店的時候已經是晚上九點多了，網上顯示免費停車，但是門口沒有停車位，詢問前台有沒有停車場 前台就告訴我説在老百姓葯房隔壁，哇，那個停車場真的很小，很窄 ，而且沒有車位了 我開下去差點開不上來 磨了很久，還把我的車颳了，問酒店怎麼處理，也沒一個説法，算了自認倒黴！這麼大一個酒店，一個停車場衹能停七八輛車是什麼道理！還要我自己去去找車位！！！！
然後一走進前台真的好熱啊，大熱天的前台空調都沒有開，結果前台還放着熱茶，連一杯檸檬水都沒有，而且辦理個入住慢的要死，手忙腳亂的，一下讓我這邊掃碼付按金一下讓我那邊掃臉，不能便利一點？好像其他城市便捷都穿了統一的工作服，這個酒店工作服都沒有穿。難怪這個樣子。
房間衞生是真的不怎麼樣，準備睡覺了才發現床單枕套上有兩根很長的頭髮，都不知道有沒有換床單，搞得我女朋友都不敢睡了，本來原計劃是要住兩晚的.剛準備入睡就受不了了，衞生這麼差怎麼睡嘛，而且膈應很差誒，過道聲很明顯，外面很吵，在全關窗的情況下，很明顯能聽到旁邊馬路上的車輛過往噪音和鳴笛聲，反正我是不會來了。
