Lost Villa Boutique Hotel & Resorts (Ningbo Cichen)

During the three-day New Year's Day holiday, due to the epidemic, I did not dare to go out, so I went to the nearby Ningbo city to relax. The customer service contacted the day before check-in and set up a group chat. All kinds of precautions were sent, and the front desk WeChat and the housekeeper Xiaoqin were very enthusiastic. Arrived a little early on the first day, the room was still being cleaned, the front desk actively helped us check the room cleaning situation. Since the two rooms we booked were a bit far away, we brought a child, and the front desk offered to help us upgrade for free. There is good night milk in the evening, which is very intimate. There was an episode, there was no hot water. I understood that the situation was caused by the water supply company's cut-off. The staff apologized and boiled hot water upstairs for us to use. It was really hard. Although it affects the stay experience, it is still understandable. The breakfast that I woke up the next day was also very rich and delicious. The staff apologized for the lack of hot water, and gave coffee and souvenirs. Overall still highly recommended.

The environment is quiet, the service is attentive, the staff is enthusiastic, the breakfast is plentiful and attractive, and the parking lot is nearby. The details of the treatment make people happy. It can be said that it is a warm store. In the "Book of Songs", "meeting, it is suitable for me to meet" probably means this, a beauty that people want to relive.

I have revisited the old place. Cicheng Dale is one of my favorite Dale. I really like this kind of homestay with a secondary decoration design on the original building. It retains the most original antique and has a more comfortable Stay experience. The service is very good, the breakfast is very good, the environment is very good, and the rooms are very comfortable. The only minor problem is that the soundproofing is a little bit not very good. However, the soundproofing of the renovated homestay on the original site is already very good. Will go next time I have a chance.

The location is very convenient. At the end of the pedestrian street, on the edge of Cihu Lake, there is a small parking lot opposite; the hotel is small and beautiful. The advantage is that there are only a dozen rooms and it is relatively quiet. The disadvantage is that you can play and take pictures in the hotel. There are fewer places; breakfast is a set meal (picture 5 + optional staple food, as well as self-pick coffee/black tea/soy milk/lemonade and toast bread), it’s ok to eat enough; the hotel’s own grocery store" "Yeyouji" has a lot of handicrafts, which are expensive, but very cute (picture 6); when I went out at night, I met two cute little girls raised in the hotel (picture 7), and the child was very happy. Tips: The extra bed is a folding bed with a bit of seam in the middle. It is best to add a layer of cushions.

I live in many homes in Dale. This time I went to Cicheng to see the newly opened Dale, so I decided to stay for one night. The courtyard bed room is very integrated with the ancient street of Cicheng. It is the ancient street when you go out. There are theaters and archways. The guild hall, there is a Confucian Temple, and even the famous Ningbo New Year Cake.

一開始感覺服務還好，訂了不久就有人聯繫，到了也有人去停車場接，也送了迎賓水果。周邊自然環境不錯，很安靜，建築設計的也比較考究。 但按這價位，設施和備品就一般了，反正我訂這户型房間裏的不多。民宿裏，水池沒水，火塘沒火，後來解釋是不允許生明火。那這些觀景設計幹嘛修呢？宣傳圖上又是有的。房間裏沒有衞洗麗，body lotion都已經兩年之久，快過期了。唯一感覺特別好的是門窗系統。佈局因為我訂的就這最小户型，也不多説了。房間自帶小院子很小的，無法室外呆著，衹是觀景。 年輕的管家是熱情的，但總感覺缺少一點什麼。比如不會主動關照，衹是按流程輸出。直到回來以後，又説“厚着臉皮”催着我留好評，才覺出，是完成績效的一環，很套路的感受。真心的服務和為了好評的服務是不一樣的。文藝的氣息能彌補缺失的酒店設備和體驗嗎？江浙滬的民宿，一言難盡。市面上缺少競品，自是不必進步，都是“好評”。希望越來越好吧。
