But the various snack bars downstairs are a bit messy. There are many five-star hotels in the surrounding area, indicating a good location. 2. The building of the apartment itself is a commercial and residential building, and the property management is okay. You need to swipe your card to get on the elevator. 3. The room itself is well taken care of, all details are very careful, and the small home appliances used are all brands. Comfort is high. The kitchen and bathroom are separated separately, which is rare for this type of room and will make the whole room cleaner. The windows have a large view of the landscape, and there is a key high school downstairs. The construction is very good. The old mother is very fond of it and digress 😃 Based on the good location and room type, my husband is still inferior to the price here, not too expensive, I want to buy it! ! 4. There is an episode where the child smashed the ashtray by naughty, and the housekeeper pressed it when he checked out. 很滿意，店家細節做的很好，比如小米會員可以直接看影片，電源插座多頭，起瓶器等。房間床鋪住着也舒服。

住了三晚，位置好找，去哪都方便，房間挺大，性價比不錯

在寧波住了四天，前幾天定了別的民宿雖然價格便宜些、但從裝修風格，硬件設備，細節和整體舒適度來講這家真的完勝，後悔沒早點定這家，還沒住夠就要走了，真的很不錯，下次來寧波還住這裏，推薦推薦～

很滿意的一次住宿。位置很棒，樓下吃飯也很方便。距離文化廣場步行十五分鐘左右。房間乾淨衞生，處處彰顯細節。房東是個很有品味的人。
