The facilities are old and there is a big musty smell at the front desk. The service attitude is poor. I have already used the points to redeem the free upgraded room to the hotel. 服務態度超級好！！！來寧波看毛不易演唱會的，酒店這邊主動打電話過來問需不需要接站服務，全程接站送站，演唱會也是全程接送，開車的小哥很耐心。前台登記的工作人員很熱情很有禮貌，誇誇🥰🥰🥰房間很大很乾凈，房間裏還有個小冰箱，尤其夏天冷藏飲料超級方便！總之就是入住體驗非常滿意，和身邊好幾個朋友推薦了這家酒店，下次來寧波還住格美~

衞生太差了，早餐盤子摸上去油膩膩，親眼看到大叔一塊布擦完地，洗了下就去擦桌子，收掉的盤子又是用這塊布在邊上水池洗了洗也不消毒烘乾直接放在早餐盤子那個區，我真差點把早餐吐了。希望好好改進。
房間倒是很大，設施都非常舊了。隔音很差，房間能聽到機器噪音，來了個師傅一聽説是樓頂空調的機器聲，一副正常現象的表情，前台也是愛莫能助的表情。
唯一的優勢就是離奧體十分鐘看演唱會方便。

前台小美眉態度非常好，還沒入住先打電話問要不要接送。早餐很不錯，煎餃最好吃，水果種類多很新鮮。龍蝦很辣。空中花園種了葡萄小番茄各種花木。
