1. The kitchen is good, but the quality of kitchenware is subpar. The non-stick coating of frying pan and stockpot are worn-out and damaged. Toxins will be released during use. The bottom of frying pan is no longer flat, and it is difficult to use on the electric stove. The hotel should replace these. 2. The bowl and plat are plastic. Lack of soup or don bowl for ramen and don-rice. Paring knive is disgusting and coating with black stuffs. 3. There is no tooth brushing cup at the sink. 4. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the room space is cosy.

The rooms are very spacious and have an artificial hot spring. Although it was an artificial hot spring, it felt really good. There was a projector, but I didn't know how to operate it, so I regret that I couldn't watch YouTube etc.

You can cook indoors, barbecue outdoors, artificial hot springs, and kitchen tools are all available. There is a small supermarket 200 meters away. If you have a car, there is a large supermarket one kilometer away. It is recommended for those who want to rent a car or travel by car.

The bath was large and the hot water was gentle and comfortable. I would like to use it again because it was well cleaned and there was nothing to worry about even if it was unattended.

It's about a 10 minute walk from the station. It's close to the famous suspension bridge, it's very clean, the facilities are new, and I thought the semi-open-air bath would be great! It also came with a washing machine, so I was happy to be able to wash it! There was a rice cooker and a barbecue stove, so I thought it would be easy to have a party.

The room is relatively large, the facilities are new, and the bath and shower are very comfortable. Self check-in and check-out are very convenient. There are kitchen equipment for convenient cooking. There is a parking space and I am very satisfied with it in every aspect.

There is a loud noise from guests on the 2nd floor walking all the time until late at night. The check in system is by the guests themselves. Unable to check in on the system page itself. Fairly chaotic The staff could speak English but not well enough. The room is spacious but has a slightly musty smell, especially the bed zone. So he went down and slept on the floor with a mattress.

I used it to celebrate a friend's birthday, and the room was spacious and very nice!

A new sense of accommodation

I was a little confused because the reservation number I received was different from the number I had to enter on site. It took me a while to connect to the operator. Well located and well equipped.

The room is very clean and the tools are prepared, so it is convenient.

My husband and i likes it very much.. its a self service check in/out. It has washing machine, kitchen that u can cook and bbq grill and it has private onsen too but we didn’t use it coz it’s cold outside. This room can fit 5-7 people. The thing that I don’t like was the cleaner keeps on trying to open our door when it’s not yet check-out time. But overall we liked it.

This is a great and luxurious property. We had a two story apartment with the garage. Very modern, convenient and fully stocked with necessities. I especially enjoyed a balcony with the tub to enjoy the bath outdoors with mountain views, very luxurious! The beds were wet clean and comfortable, the projector tvs in the bedrooms were awesome. Truly a wonderful experience. The location does require a car if visiting Nikko, otherwise one could walk to local dining options, yet during our stayI may many were closed by 7. Highly recommend this property!!!

About 30-60 min by car to most sights (e.g., UNESCO temples, lakes, waterfalls, etc.) 2. No one at front desk to help with questions, etc. It's only a tablet for check-in
