在萬代橋旁邊，過一個橋就到達新潟逛街的主要區域。房間還是算大的，整體飯店比較有歷史感，早餐好吃。

旅行で利用させていただきました。
新潟駅からは離れていますが、歩いていけないこともないです。
近くにはショッピングモール等もあるので、食事も問題なく取れました。
部屋は少し古い感じがしますが、清潔感はありました。
川側と反対側の部屋だったので景色は駐車場でした。
朝食のバイキングも美味しかったです。

酒店在信濃川的邊上風景很好，房間也很大，門口不遠有去新瀉水族館的公車，步行去商店街和齋藤別邸都不算太遠，和伊勢丹就隔了條河。除了離jr站稍遠，和設施稍顯陳舊外，其他都很好，值得推薦。

酒店在河岸邊，風景沒話説，前台服務也很快速熱情，餐廳很多，是不會出錯的選擇。在河邊散步，步行至主要景點都衹要20分鐘，非常理想的居住狀態。

チェックイン前に荷物を預かって頂きました。
部屋は川のネオンも見え綺麗でした。
ホテル自体は古さもあり、コンセントの少なさや便座も暖房でなく冷たい便座でした。
ワインクーラーももう少し大きめでないと氷が入らないです。
朝食バイキングは美味しかったです。

スタッフもサービスにムラがありすぎで挨拶も普通にしない方が多い気がしました。
もうホテル買い手がついたからなのか活気もまるでないですね。
老朽化もいなめません。
次回はないかな？という評価です。
