Great stay at Hotel Appolinaire Nice. I liked everything about my time here. First, it is out of super crowded touristic area but still close to dining and shipping places. Second, the staff is beyond nice and super helpful. And last but not least, there is an electric kettle and coffee machine in the room.
P.S. Bartenders make great aperol spritz.

Location is perfect. It took us around 15 min. walk to the beach and around 5 min. to the tram station. The staffs were very friendly and kind. Felt very welcoming. Overall, it was a really nice stay and would definitely book again if I go back!

Stayed in Nice for 4 days. It was a good stay in a good location with a large room and was clean and well maintained.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the central area of the old city. We drove ourselves, and the mall next door offers paid parking, and it takes 2 minutes to walk back to the hotel.

The hotel is new and smells like decoration. There are no slippers, toiletries, and mineral water drinks in the room. You need to go to the first floor to get water by yourself. The location is good. You can go to the old town and landmarks when you go out. I love nice. It is very convenient to see the sea and shop.
