Equidistant from the central train station, Nice Port (for Corsica) and Nice airport. The city center and Cours Saleya are a 30-minute walk away. Bus nearby. Enjoy a great stay at an affordable price in double, triple or family rooms for 4 or 5 people. Reception desk open 24 hours a day, buffet breakfast, WIFI, air conditioning, restaurants nearby and a beach right across the street!

The hotel is located one block away from the beach and right in front of a Tramway station, which is very good, since you probably will have to take the tramway (or walk around 20-30 min) to get into the restaurants and the old town. This tramway line is the one that gets into the airport and on the turistical points.
Trip offered a category of room that, according to the hotel staff, does not exist on the hotel (triple bed). I was traveling with a friend and we didn't want to share the same bed.
First, staff didn't want to change our room saying they were complete. After insisting, they found another room with 2 beds, but the AC didn't work fine on this new room.
After the check-in, the staff member forgot to give my passport back. When I asked for it, he said that ”he wanted to keep seeing my picture because I was very pretty” 🙄. Unecessary, embarassing and not funny at all.
Rooms are comfortable enough and correct for a budget hotel.

The hotel is well priced and convenient for the airport. Compared to the old airport hotels it’s a million times better! Two downsides; For a Crowne Plaza the gym is small and lacks free weights. But all equipment is new One thing I really don’t get is there is no English TV offering. Most hotels of this type would offer the normal BBC, SKY and CNN offering as a minimum. While not a massive issue, it is quite annoying.

Excellent stay at the Sheraton Nice Airport, in France Côte d'Azur, for a short relaxing holiday under the sun. This hotel is very modern, built in glass and overlooking the airport with its runways. Location is good because you can take the bus or the tramway to every spot of the city of Nice, or catch the train from St. Augustin railway station, just 5 min walking, to other villages of the Côte. Check in experience was very smooth and professional, they upgraded my room to the Club Level as per Marriott Bonvoy Titanium membership, along with breakfast and Lounge access. The room itself was very nice and large, with big windows facing the tram route but very very quiet, no noise during the night. There were a huge TV and a comfortable double bed, kettle and coffee machine. Very good restautant for breakfast and a la carte dinner, not a huge selection but tasty dishes and very nice personnell, trés sympa! On the top floor there is a beautiful terrace (with swimming pool during the season) overlooking the airport and the sea behind it, where you can suntan. On the other hand, Club Lounge service and offerings could be improved to be up to Marriott standards in Europe. A big plause to the young and professional staff!

We had booked this hotel for a concert. Excellent choice : close to the stadium , close to the tram to go to the center before the concert , close to the convenience (broadcake , bank etc) parking (free)is a real more The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. I recommend this place and one thing is safe , we will come back if he has a good concert at the Allianz !

Nice hotel, rooms are small but adequate (recommend it for couples or solo), breakfast is basic but good enough. The old town, marina and promenade are all easily accessible (couple minutes of walk), and the area around the hotel is filled with restaurants, bars etc. This might be the only downside, it was very noisy in the party ‘rush hour’ but if you are looking for night life, this hotel is right by the center of it. Overall a very positive experience.

THE ROOM: spacious and had not only a good bed but room enough to walk around and open a suitcase. There was a desk area by the window and a small sitting area with a bench by the head of the bed. The room was modern and clean and smelled lovely. It was theoretically quiet as it was facing towards the back of the building but the windows have to remain shut as some guests might come and smoke and chat on the terrace (it admittedly happened only once and until someone shouted at them to go to their room). The main problem was some rather loud and repetitive structural sound, was loud enough to wake me. At first I thought that the upstair neighbours were moving a piece of furniture every 2 minutes but it made little sense. I concluded that it was one of the elevators that had some sort of issue and emitted the sound of a dying whale from early in the morning until late into the night. THE STAFF: the staff was friendly and helpful. However, be aware that you will be charged 10 euros to get into your room if you arrive at the hotel before 15:00 and your room is ready. You will be charged 5 euros to leave a suitcase in storage after 10:00 on the day of your departure. You also have to book and pay for a maid to come and change your towels and empty your bin. The hotel was pleasant and affordable but I have never had to pay for these kind of services in any hotel I have stayed at.

Very pleasant stay in excellent location, right by the sea and close to nice restaurants. The breakfast is also excellent , overlooking the port, if you have not selected a sea-view room. Staff was very nice, starting with being very helpful when making the reservation. It is a three star hotel and a very good choice in that category. There is a pool for the warmer months! My main criteria for a hotel is if I would like to return, and that is definitely the case here.

We stayed for two nights at the start of our holiday, on arrival we were greated very warmly by the reception staff.....our room wasn't ready so we decided to get a bite to eat in the restaurant......the service was very poor and we had to ask several times if we could order and then to chase the order.....I think they were busy setting up for dinner.....once finished our room was ready, we stayed in The Apartment which has a beautiful view over the Rose Garden and further on to the sea....the room is simply stunning and perfect for our family of 4. There was again a delay in getting our luggage to the room and we had to call down a couple of times for it. Breakfast was OK.....they seem to be short staffed as there was no one to tell us how to order but they all seem to be working very hard. The pool area is lovely, shared with the apartments next door but with ample sun loungers as the life guard removes any towels that are on sun loungers not being used, this led to several arguments we witnessed whilst there. One note of thanks goes to the concierge as on departure we asked for a taxi to the train station, there seems to be a huge shortage of taxis around Monaco and after a short wait he very kindly gave us a lift there in the hotels mini van which was very much apprecaited. All in all a wonderfull stay and would receommend this hotel to all....

NNavigate58632893216We intended to only stay here for its proximity to the airport, as we would be taking a flight to Rome the next day. It also was right next door to Nice’s botanical garden and it’s miniscule Asian museum which we could visit right after we checked in. Unfortunately, that one day expanded to seven because we had everything stolen out of our car ( by gypsies, per the Carabinieri) by the Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi, including my wife’s portable oxygen concentrator, which we were unable to replace in time to get on the plane to Rome ( airlines will not allow you to fly without one after you have had a doctor certify that you need to use it while flying on the plane ). So instead of spending the next 12 days or so seeing Caserta, Naples, Capri and the Amalfi Coast, etc., we spent more than half of that time just trying to still find a place to purchase a replacement concentrator. It did give us more time to see what this hotel was about. We had two somewhat different rooms, as we kept on extending our stay one or two days at a time and eventually had to switch because the room was booked by someone else. Both rooms had an almost college dorm feel, but that wasn’t bad, just a little minimalist. We got a larger room and it was plenty big, which we needed. It was reasonably bright, with big windows. The bed was a good size and comfortable. The bathroom was also fairly big and the shower worked well. The second room was very similar, but a little smaller, yet still perfectly adequate for our needs. The TV was a decent size and quality in both rooms. The hotel was newish and in good shape. The staff was young, competent and professional. Mostly friendly, with one jarring episode that temporarily left a bad taste in our mouths. The next day he was fine. Sometimes, you just catch someone at their worst. The location is great for the airport, less so to see the tourist sites. You can take the tram which stops frequently very close to the hotel is cheap and takes maybe 10 minutes to go downtown. A taxi will cost 12-15 euros. What’s the bottom line? It was a perfectly fine stay. No major defects. Certainly if you need a place a to stay overnight before taking a flight out of the airport, this should suit your needs, particularly the large rooms for families, who might enjoy the breakfast ( we did not indulge – we are cheap ). I would probably stay at the Hotel Cote D’Azur, which was better situated for tourism purposes. Just a quick word about Nice. While Nice has a number of places to see, none are overwhelming, including the very good, but much smaller Chagall museum. In fact, the cathedral, the Matisse museum, and the Musée du Palais Lascaris are actually underwhelming. Yet I highly recommend visiting Nice, as it is one of the most pleasant and relaxing places we have ever visited. The walk along the water and the views from up high are lovely. GGuest UserWe stayed here for 5 nights as part of a birthday celebration. We've always wanted to visit Nice and it was important to us to chose the right hotel. This gem exceeded both of our expectations. The location was perfect with its beautiful garden, which seems very unique to any of the other hotels in Nice. What we loved was that it's situated on a quite street far enough away from the buzz of the more touristic areas and yet a close enough walk to everything you need and want to see. A 4 min walk to the tram stop, 10 mins to the train station, 5 mins to the sea front, 15 mins to the old town. The weather was thankfully very warm during our stay which meant we could enjoy our balcony terrace all the more. The complimentary treats on arrival were a lovely touch. The warm and friendly staff are what really makes the experience special so huge credit to the lovely general manager and his wonderful team for helping to make our stay so memorable. Our stylish room was really nice and clean with large comfortable bed and a shower that I didn't want to get out of. The water pressure was fantastic like a good shoulder massage. We stayed in the junior suite which meant we could relax after a long day on the sofa with a cup of tea and complimentary brownie available at reception. The downstairs reception areas were lovely spaces to sit and relax too. Breakfast was absolutely spot on and each morning, the choices plentiful and of high quality. We took full advantage of what was on offer and it kept is going for our daily excursions. It was also good to have the choice to eat outside in the garden at breakfast given the warm sunny weather. Again all the staff were so friendly, professional and helpful so thank you very much. We would happily return here and highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserA small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot.
The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.

Nice acknowledgment of platinum IHG status by getting upgraded to 7th floor executive room with what sounds like more space than a standard. Beautiful view of Nice’s architecture. Appreciated the bathrobes! Even an iron with ironing board. Windows opened for plenty of fresh air. Hotel seemed full but was never overly busy, especially elevators. Front desk staff very helpful. A big terrace at the front of the hotel has a good combo of shade/sun. Guests can have breakfast, lunch (i think) or drinks out there, tho dinner was not being served while we were visiting. Our only suggestion is to offer 2 standard levels of breakfast; the 20-euro buffet gets to be a bit much if staying for several days. We asked for a coffee and croissant option which the dining staff agreed to give us for 10 euros apiece. But it would be more comfortable to have a standard continental breakfast offered that didn’t need to be negotiated. We don’t need so many calories at breakfast!

CChanWe chose this place because of the size of the room, I have a wife that likes to bring big a lot of stuff for travelling so we need a room to open the bags. And in Nice, not easy looking for a reasonably priced room for that.
So I had little expectation of the room from the photos, but to my surprise, it was neat, simple and…… nice. It has a carpark nearby and I went to the office of the carpark and paid for 7 days straight up which made it cheaper.
Walk to the city is bearable (18 mins to old town) with a view of the local scene along the way.
The rooftop bar is ok, and with enough drinks, you will get into the mood. The pool is packed in summer with tanning beds close to one another….. ps if you are looking for a tan, go early.

Well located hotel close to tram and old town is only a 20 minute walk. Rooms are small . Good wardrobe space . Bathroom very small and a little awkward to got in and out of bathtub as shower is located over the tub. Shower placement also awkward as there is no shower screen or curtain so water goes all over the bathroom.

We spent 2 nights there, the location is top, we were able to enjoy the city center and walk around (10min from the Promenade des Anglais).
