The owners and the staff are wonderful, kind and very accommodating The walk along the Niagara River to the falls is beautiful The room is spacious, comfy and well equipped (tv fridge iron and iron table, towels etc). The beds were comfy too. We do recommend !

First, I’d like to say that the staff was courteous and helpful. I’m not expecting the Ritz Carlton but for $250 per night, I’d expect at the very least a couple of bottles of water in the room and perhaps some cheap room slippers. Also, to advertise a swimming pool when it’s 21 feet long is a stretch! That’s more like a wading pool. There were a few times I called ‘0’ to get the front desk and a message comes on requesting that you leave a message! Breakfast was typical for this brand - nothing truly healthy. Bagels, muffins, processed cereals, pre-processed omelets etc just don’t cut it especially for a health conscious vegetarian. The oatmeal with raisins and pumpkin seeds was my breakfast. Also, there are no in-room safes. If I were paying $79 or even $100, I’d say ok, but for $250 per night, the hotel should be showering the guests with amenities. They are being cheap and greedy. Not even any toothbrushes ! Can’t say that Covid caused it anymore. That’s all past us now. I’ve been living in Asia for the past 8 years and those hotels have far surpassed ours by light years when comparing side by side. Howard S. Unfortunately, most of the hotels in this city are way overpriced for the value received.
Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino

We arrived on 19th September after 3 days in times Square. Long journey by amtrak train (8 hours) but very comfortable and didn't seem that long. The seneca is a massive hotel with very little in it. The ****** is very expensive even if you are like us just wanted a little flutter. None of the restaurants were open, bar one, which meant long queues. Our room was huge and was very nice with electric curtains and a hot tub in the room. My daughter and her husband had the same room but on the floor above, but nothing worked in their room sadly. It is well located, but if you are expecting a view of the falls you want get it. We booked a tour using our city passes and met Dan who took us all over and to a bakery...which is a must. It was called niagra falls illuminations. Would I choose it again, for location yes. No for restaurants. No for staff they were not very accommodating. I personally would stay on the train to the Canadian side, that was amazing.

The Little Italy of Niagara Falls Bed & Breakfast
4.1/514 Reviews
This property differs from a traditional bed and breakfast, and if you book online you will be surprised with an extra $15 ”cleaning fee” which the proprietor did not include in his online listing. How does it differ from a traditional bed and breakfast? The owner is not on site. You are not provided a fully cooked breakfast You need to wash your dishes and clean up the kitchen after you eat breakfast You are provided a selection of food you can make for your own breakfast, but if another guest beats you to the punch you may not get what you like. And when you are done making your breakfast you are expected to wash your dishes and clean up the kitchen. In other words this is more like an Air B&B rather than a bed and breakfast. If that's what you are looking for then this place will fit the bill for you. If you want a true bed and breakfast then look elsewhere.

The room was great and I highly recommend anyone gong to a conference at the convention center to stay here. It is conveniently located across the street. The fitness center was ok, could use a little more equipment, but overall works for the space that it is in.
