We visited this property earlier this year and were so impressed we returned with our elderly parents. It is a newly built & modern property with exceptional service. I made a mistake with my booking and the staff & management were exceptionally accommodating. The property is located close to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants & close to large shopping complex

We are just staying in this hotel, booked yesterday after we fled from the other bad hotel where we were(and was in 5 stars) I must honestly say one of the best hotels where I stayed in my trip to Vietnam. The hotel has to be new, modern, clean, spacious and with a beautiful balcony that looks at the city (there are also sea view rooms). Very kind, always laughing and young staff as all over Vietnam. Euro and US dollar exchange service in Vietnamese dollars (the best rate found in 15 days) I had wrong and made two bookings and they worried to fix things with a nudge and Booking without the least problem. The city is very beautiful and thanks to them our stay has not been ruined, in fact, as would have happened if we were staying in the other hotel. The hotel is located in the centre but still quietly with open window,the motor rental service is just in front of the hotel.The only negative note is breakfast not in the European standards(the sweets are missing). I would nevertheless come back without thinking about it, as staff always know how to make the difference, these guys have made us feel good by advising us and booking for us what we asked. Hotel well above the standards viewed without counting L excellent price.Thanks to all staff, you have confirmed the magnificent Vietnamese hospitality. Come to this hotel in April 2023. Come to the hotel at 10 a.m. , said the settlement at 2:00, walked, came at 2:00, gave a room on the 6th floor . The room has a teapot,2 bottles of water,2 packets of green tea and 2 packets of coffee with milk,refilled daily.There is a fan, shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap,shave machine with cream,watch sticks, The soul hat.Here in the reviews wrote that they take 10,000 dongs for a change of towels,it is not,change free,but at the end of the race began to say that towels will not change because their type isn't and to use what they are.Cleaned every day.Works Russian channel 1.The food in the restaurant is not as diverse as we watched the video of other users,but we weren't hungry.There was soup fo, eggs, rice,sometimes spaghetti with meat,sometimes springrolls,which ended quickly,bat potatoes cooked, cabbage with vegetables, tea, coffee,fruit was no more than 2 species. carrots, bananas, dragon eyes, guava. Location near the sea,2 lines. Near the night market.drove to the I-Resort by sources,taxi called to the recipes, arrived a blue taxi by the counter paid 175 dong in the other side. back to the taxi left for 130.output do not order a taxi in the hotel, Better get out on the first line and trade with taxi drivers. Near the hotel if you go out and pass a little right there is a stop bus 05-2 , on it you can go to the Choda market.

Everything was good. Location, swimming pool, breakfast. Except 2 things. First. You can check in not earlier than 2 pm. We came there at 7 am, because we had a night plane. We wanted to have a rest, but reception workers told, that it's impossible to check in earlier than 2 pm.... Second. Air conditioning in the room worked unstable. I tried to call the reception workers, but the line was busy all the time. So, I went there by myself, the worker came after 10 minutes. But he didn't fix anything. He just gave me advice to take out and put in back electric card. Seems like they need to fix some electrical problems, but they don't want or think that it's not a big problem. And the third thing. A lot of Chinese people. And they are very noisy and loud. In the reception hall, in the hotel's restaurant, in the elevator. I felt myself look like in the street market. Totally impolite behaviour. Will I stay here next time? Probably not. Too noisy!! And fix air conditioning system, please. 25-th floor. So, another people will enjoy staying at your hotel more. Thanks

Surprisingly, the room price is affordable but the service quality here is very good. The hotel is right in the center and near the beach, so it is easy to travel or visit. The room is spacious, airy, with a nice view. The parking lot is spacious and safe.

Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. Tried to claim and fine us saying that one of my colleague smoked in the room but actually he is just a regular smoker who smoked outside and return to his room with smell attached to his clothing. The policy should state non smoker room if they want to be specific.

The service was extraordinary! All hotel staff are willing to go extra mile for the guests. Special thanks to Ms. Uyen from Front Desk who helped us to arrange limousine from Nha Trang to Dalat!

Especially good, everything is very good, the staff is very good, everyone is very patient, there is a sister named Nina is very gentle, very beautiful, the scenery here on Pearl Island is very good, suitable for all ages to play, the hotel is also very good, try a lot of different things, nothing, The drinks here are also very different, and this is all natural and sweet. I liked this hotel. It actually has 5 star potential. However a few things need to be addressed. First may I say I found the staff to be kind and helpful. The room are nice for the price. However 2 things kind of upset me. The first thing is when something breaks you are told it will be fixed but days later it won't be. Even after asking 3 different times. Secondly, the maid. There were 2 of them and while one was perfectly fine the second one had an attitude as soon as the door opened. She would stare at me and start laughing. She'd start saying things in Vietnamese to he coworker and without knowing the language I knew she was degrading me. I don't know why but it was very obvious. I started to just take the water from her and tell her not to clean. She'd go through my trash in front of me and start showing things to the other maid and just start laughing. I travel a lot and this was a first for me. Lastly, I was there for 4 weeks. She left coffee 3 times. Shampoo and bath gel 3 times. All I 4 weeks. I don't know if she takes it home or if the hotel gives her a bonus to not leave it but that was her way of doing things. I always tip maids and I did the first couple of nights until I realized she wasn't leaving anything and I quit. I went out and bought shampoo and coffee as I could see I couldn't rely on her for anything. Her attitude alone cost the review 2 stars and if she keeps this up with other guests they need to look at making a change.
