Broken ice machine very dirty not a good place sketchy people staying there notice on their door from police

Good location. Simple room. However mini fridge didn’t work do when I asked for one that works the young boy at the desk said no and for me to check out. Finally an hour later another employee exchanged the fridge for one that worked.

I had a Nightmare experience at Motel 6. No Wi Fi. Sick every day...coughing, watery/stinging eyes/ hacking up phlegm/ nasal drip/fatigued....all symptoms of mold, unclean ventilation system, formaldahyde. Needed WiFi to make my living. Lost income as a result. Horrible staff communication...unaccommodating except for one nice woman/assistant manager.Ended up packing up all my things and leaving after additional issues and no WiFi at all.

This place is a dump. Maybe state benefit vouchers get redeemed here. People living here and the AC units broken, the thermostat. cigarette butts all over the property on the window sills, its awful. pay the additional $10.00 and get clean sheets. If you have children it is unsafe to walk around here. My partner was terrified, we checked out immediately.

I thought Motel 6 wouldn't be too bad since it was in Thousand Oaks, I was completely wrong. The guy checking us in was rude. Right when we walked in our room the toilet was leaking, the water pressure in our sink was non-existant, the bathroom was so run down and dirty. Make sure you have your door locked, someone tried to open our door, there were high people walking around the property all night waking us up. Make sure you bring your own ice, we tried to get some and an employee told us the ice maker hadnt worked for over 2 years and dont rely on the fridge in the room, it did not get anything cold. Finally bring your own hair blow dryer if you need one...ours did not work and dont expext housekeeping to come no matter how many days you are staying.Never again will I stay at a Motel 6, i dont care if its in Beverly Hills...never again

Those who attend at night are very disgusting and more one who is or seems sick that if he wants, he takes care of you and if he doesn't feel like it, he doesn't take care of you because he only wants to be sleeping.
