I missed the first night staying there because my flight got canceled. I tried to call about the circumstances, but nobody picked up. The next day, I came in, my entire booking (4 days, 3 nights) got canceled because I didnt show up on the first day, despite I already paid full for the entire stay. Thankfully, the hotel has the greatest and most helpful front desk officer. He explained to me in details about the rules and his condition, running the hotel on his own (mostly) during the day; hence, it was difficult for him to pick my phone call the previous day. However, he was able to grab me one night stay at the hotel. The hotel was okay, but the front desk service was exquisite!

They should improve their facilities as the stairs are super-resistant ,. it has no anti-scrapping and are always wet by the garden . I stayed there you are holidays and I had an accident at the stairs , fatal that service is to and urgent to put anti-scraping because when he went to make the comment at reception they told me that I am not the first person to have a similar accident

I enjoyed this hotel so much!! The staff is very nice and helpful with the exception of one man who brought me fresh towels he was very rude from the start which definitely caught me off guard, but other then that the bed was soft the sheets and blankets were great the shower had great hot water and water pressure the towels were nice plus the ice machine had pellet ice which was great also to top it all off the breakfast was amazing!! Both days there were different things and they were always hot and refilled constantly the food staff was very attentive and fast loved their hospitality!!!
