The hotel hardware is okay, but the front desk service is very average. After several encounters, I felt a little rude.

Very clean and very quiet at night, there is a kettle in the room. There is a bar on the L floor of the hotel, so you don’t have to worry about safety when you go out for fun at night. In short, it is a rare and cost-effective hotel in midtown.

Satisfied in all aspects, relatively hygienic, the service attitude at the front desk is very good, and they take the initiative to help Lamen with luggage. Hotel location is also good.

Close to a lot, good location. Train stations within a couple of blocks. The rooms were clean, a little small which was expected. Private balcony, very nice to have separation from others. Incredible staff, especially Chris who went above and beyond. We’ll be returning!

Stayed for a week and it was great. Great space overall and the people make it even better. The likes of Blake, Ian, and Chris made the trip so much smoother and the help they gave. In terms of transportation, directions, suggestions for all activities, hotel amenities, etc, they all made sure we were well taken care of. Trip was very smooth with their help. Will be back for sure.

We’ve been to NYC many times before but this hotel was one of the best ones we’ve stayed at. Our stay here was just wonderful. The hotel is clean and modern. It’s close to great foods and the subway. The street it’s on is surprisingly quiet which is great for NYC. Ian who works there was very attentive and genuinely helpful. All of the staff made our stay easy and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing position in a quite area close to Flatiron building and Empire State building. The hotel has been restructured recently, with a modern and design style. Double room not so big, but new, functionally and well equiped. The staff is professional and really friendly. Overall, I suggest the Aka Hotel ✌️

Very good service !! All the personale is welcoming and very kind! Rooms are good, clean and comfy. Very attentive housekeeping service and the reception and door personale always kind and responsive. Located strategically to get everywhere in manhattan (walking or subway nearby subway) I definitely recommend!
