Hotel Peter and Paul

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. The interior of the hotel exudes a captivating charm, blending historic architecture with modern comfort seamlessly. The attention to detail in the design adds a unique touch to the ambiance. The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay. In conclusion, Hôtel Peter and Paul offers a charming and unique retreat in the heart of New Orleans. The impressive interior and outstanding service make it a memorable choice for those seeking a distinctive and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.

We travel every year for a running race with eight women and this was absolutely the best spot! We loved the property -- comfy beds, clean rooms, wonderful outdoor space with a great pool, lovely common areas -- and we loved the neighborhood. Kate, the manager, is a treasure. She made a top notch breakfast, gave us all the good spots, was a fun and warm person to be with, and we couldn't have loved her more. We'll be back together and with our families!

The location is superb. It was clean. It was not pristine because it’s old. The staff were really helpful and courteous. There is a fridge, two stove eyes, a coffee machine, an archaic microwave. The beds were comfy. The air was great. The wading fountain pool made our kids really excited. It’s open 24/7, but it was cold. The public balcony was a nice place to sit. I actually chose this place because the parking is free but it’s first come first serve so I was a bit nervous, but we had no problem parking. I asked about crime and was told “there is none.” That really seemed to be true. There are people who start conversations then ask for money. Oh...the water. So our room slept 6. (It has three full beds.) There was a sign that said the water heater is 30 gallons and to account for that. It is HOT hot. It’s be-careful-hot. So nobody emptied it. We had plenty. We would stay here again.

Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and exterior scaffolding makes it difficult to find. Room was well cleaned and bedding is comfortable. Nice boutique hotel.
