This hotel is highly overpriced and overrated. They have no valet or even any kind of help with checkin no parking close by. We had to park in a parking garage blocks away from the hotel and carry luggage and they don’t even offer a luggage cart to bring your luggage in. Also there is no coffee available at this hotel until 7:30 am. Yes 730 am. There is no coffee pot in the room or a courtesy coffee in the lobby. Then when it is available they charge you for it. The only way I would recommend this property to someone if is they are hardcore drinkers because they don’t accommodate people who aren’t drinking. There was throw up in front of the hotel. Overall I would give this hotel 2 stars. At best. They really need to get it togather.

What do you want from a hotel for a long weekend stay? Great bed? Check. Walking distance to nice sights? Check. Friendly staff? Check.
Atmosphere? Check
That said, the shabby chic style is a bit too shabby. Worn. Stained carpet, uneven flooring, rough towels, assuming you don’t want you ur room cleaned most days to of your stay
Still, great nights of sleep and easy walks make up for a lot. We will recommend with some reservations.

This hotel was amazing. Not only was it an aesthetically pleasing hotel, but the staff was also amazing. I reached out with an inquiry a few days before my trip and Dallas went above and beyond to answer questions and accommodate any requests that we had. I never felt unsafe and the walkability to just about any part of the city was one of our favorite parts!

Great location! The bar was great with fantastic service. Room was huge and clean, but the walls were very thin and it was never cleaned in the 3 days there.

Staff was great, bed was great, location was convenient. The aesthetic was pleasing. Did have a few small problems though. The floors were annoyingly creaky, so loud it was over the tv. Our window covering fell on us while in the bed. This window covering is a 60-70lb 4ft by 10ft piece of plexiglass. Landed right on top of us thankfully not hitting us in the head which could have easily made someone unconscious, but did hit our kneecaps, it was reported. Our reservation said there would be a tub but we didn’t have one and our fridge also didn’t work. Our room main light didn’t work either. Other than that, our stay was comfortable but we didn’t spend much time at the hotel because it was located within 15 minutes of everything you could want to walk to. Parking was also close and safe for an additional charge.

Hotel has a swanky, dim lit, whiskey vibe. Local artists art on the walls and an adjoining cafe and restaurant (both are delicious). Room service is lack luster, don’t pay for a “window” room because window does not guarantee a view and in this case it’s a view of a brick wall. Bathroom shower is amazingggg. Bring your own shower supplies. Mini fridge isn’t cold so no left overs here.
