Pleasant staff. Good service. Was served stale paneer in shaslik. But staff was kind to offer replacement dish (which I refused politely) The moment you enter the hotel, the whole lobby area reeks of dampness and fungus smell in the air. Very dangerous for employees and guests who inhale this. Thankfully, I was given a room without dampness and fungus issues. The hotel needs to be closed down immediately for overhaul repairs.

I have been coming to this property since it opened and have a love hate relationship with it mostly love, the good thing is that they resolve any issues which is normal and can happen in any property very quickly they know what you like or dislike, As always a good experience.

My first ever trip to Delhi has been such an amazing one & credit goes to the whole hotel staff who helped us in ***y ways .They took good care of us...we never felt that we are away from home at any single moment.morning typical breakfast was excellent.reception staff & other staff as well were so friendly and helpful...we stayed only for few days but we were welcomed as family members not clients..thank u all guys pooja bharat ,mr mahesh ,mr ramesh ect..sorry if i forgot to mention some names..but u guys are well trained for your jobs...keep it up..will surely recommend ur hotel to others...kind regards Ruggobur family😘
