It's near the airport, it's clean in the hotel in India, and the facilities are okay. After all, it is also a Sheraton hotel. It is still possible to make a night transition near the airport.

A perfect experience in the heart of Delhi. The hotel is extremely clean and easily accessible as it is on the highway. The staff is cooperative and helpful. The rooms are neat and tidy with the option of a balcony/terrace. Swimming pool is big and one can spend a good amount of time there. Overall a great pleasant experience.

The lady vandana doesnt know how to talk. And everytime the way she has handled the situations related to the guest discomfort is not even the way one associate handles. Vandana is working as a DGM there but i think really needs a training on this part. We had one chilhood friend to celebrate the birthday hence we processed an additional booking. The extra occupany was very well informed to the hotel staff, on which they aggreed. Vandana as a director general ***ager could have allowed us 1 to 2 hrs to celebrate but she was rigid and didnt even allowed us, the resident guest to enter. She did not realise that the maximum time which i wanted to spend in cutting my cake, I spent on sitting in the lobby. She ruined my special day and made me feel embarrased in front of my childhood friend and my fiance. I do understand the policies but again policies should be printed and it was a surprise that hotel will not allow any third occupant. Then why the option is available online and why nothing is mentioned related. Later i had to book my regular property The Westin Sohna Resort for dinner and came back to this property at 2200hrs in the night. Frankly speaking, vandana was not even able to handle the normal room queries. During guest conversation, speaking to another guest over the loudspeaker is not a professionalism. I find her running away from guest problems always. Talk was not at all convicing i personally had to speak to the guest whenever there was a dicripency. I am also on ***ager level and working with luxury brand and we have been taught to serve the guest with the best. I will never recomend this property to anyone. I also had a big corporate account linked through my friend. They are also not satisfied but probably from now onwards i will accomodate their group booking somewhere else, at higher rate but satisfied. If you are booked there, its us problem to face the issues. I did not find this property worth where one should spend more than 10K. Wrong selection....waste of money. I am a youtuber also i will make sure every one gets this msg.

This is one of da best small resort with all comforts n luxury n greenery everywhere. This boutique Resort is unique n affordable by each n everyone who want to have a stay for a day or more in a peace n calm infra. Myself Pradeep Sood stayed here for a day with my wife Madhu Sood on 11 th November 2020 n checked out on 12 th December2020. Everything was perfect here. Very very good team of staff members ready to guide Dear Guests n treat them in a satistactory way. We appreciate Fatima Mam from Reception Desk n ***ager Nanaji Razdan who made our stay memorable n comfortable to provide us all da facilities . We thank them from da core of our hearts. All serving team of 1st floor Restro prepared those dishes for us which we asked them. Nice staff of a Quality food Restro.
