The hotel is located in Mahipalpur and is close to the airport. It's good for an overnight / short-term stay. When we arrived, we found that the room wasn't clean. We requested the hotel staff to clean our room, give us clean towels and bedspreads, and we oversaw them doing it. We also requested them to clean the elevator and the hallway as they were dirty. The staff listened and tried their best to clean as requested. The service desk is helpful. The breakfast was good. The air-conditioner and fan work well (needed in the Delhi humidity). The shower did not work and the water pressure was extremely low. By improving cleanliness (especially during times of COVID), following COVID protocols, and regularly maintaining the rooms, the hotel could have been much better.
