Şehrin merkezinde ferah ve güzel bir otel. Çokça gezdiğimiz için otelin imkanlarından faydalanamadık ama arkadaşlar imkanlarının güzel olduğunu söylediler. İçerisinde de bir alışveriş merkezi var, oradan da faydalanabilirsiniz.

O kdr şüpheyle gittik ki yenıyılda balo salonunda kutladık lakın ses düzeyinin yüksekliğinden beynimiz yandı bağırmaktan birbirimize sesimiz kısılmıştı ama kadınlar günü etkinliğinde gerek mezeler gerekse ana yemek servis muzık sesi çok yüksek değildi rahat ettik kısaca efsaneydı sadece sanatçı kadının sesini sevmedim ama söylediği şarkılar çok güzeldi ama çok içten ve samimiydi 25 kişilik kız grubu gitmiştik bütün kurtlarımızı döktük🙈🎉

Pretty amazing property in the nice little city, with especially the staff treating you brilliantly, very supportive! Location is under half hour away from Goreme and taxis are the main source to travel. Nice view from higher up rooms. Very well maintained. Recommended!

Hotel very well located in Nevsehir, inside the shopping center (which is good) modern, clean rooms, with bathtub and soaps and shampoo with excellent essences. Breakfast lacks more variety but not bad for a short stay. The pool is heated and also nice for those of us who travel with children. Friendly staff, I really liked the hotel, close to restaurants and shops.

Thank you very much to Zühre at the front desk for patiently answering and handling check-in issues (room change, extension). There is also a free sauna with sufficient heating and bathroom floor heating. The doorman helps with parking, picking up your car, etc.

Crowne Plaza Cappadocia is a business hotel conveniently located with a shopping mall and conveniently located near many local places. There is a starbuck within its premises. However, the room is the smallest among most of the hotels we have stayed in Turkiy so far. Hardly had room to put 2 luggages for a couple. Neverthless, it has all the amenities and facilities of a typical business hotel and would be a good choice for a business trip. Do note that besides the hotel manager, most of the staff could not speak much english. Good to have google translate with you when you approach the hotel staff.

Located in the city center and very clean! The service is very good. There is a large commercial center upstairs and life is very convenient. I like the four-star standard very much. I will definitely go there next time.

This is far from a 5 star hotel, poor service, no one speaks English, does not clean bathroom and rubbish in the room, does not refill coffee, shower was broken... Ordered breakfast did not come two days in a row (Had to pay extra for room service instead!!)! Without explanation. Tried to complain at check out, but they don't understand English so it was no use, just told to pay! Avoid! I tried the email adress that they provide under in other reviews but NO ANSWER.

Temizlik, çalışanların ilgisi, konfor hersey çok iyi, kahvaltı gelistirilebilir. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık.

Temizlik açısından tek sorun halılarda çok fazla saç olmasıydı. Onun haricinde otel ve havuz son derece güzeldi. AVM yanında olması ayrıca konfor sağladı.
