I arrived at Hotel Neu on Saturday April 8th this year-2023-without a reservation.The staff were most friendly and helpful and check-in was handled very speedily.My room was very large,clean and comfortable and was serviced daily.....Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent with a wide selection of food....I want to pay tribute to the staff-especially to Juan and Juan Augustin-always available to help and even organised a taxi for me to the bus station on the evening I was leaving...The location was perfect-close to a number of restaurants and in the city centre...I am happy to recommend this place and gladly give it 10 out of 10.

Excelente atención, la habitación doble era enorme. Y la single de mi hijo, muy cómoda también. El desayuno exquisito. La ubicación genial, en un lugar tranquilo. Es la 3ra vez que vamos y seguiremos eligiendolo.

Hospedé una semana por trabajo. Buen hotel, habitación amplia, limpieza bien, desayuno bastante con bastante variedad. Destaco la amabilidad de todo el personal, excelente. Dispone de cochera, hay que reservar con tiempo, hay poca disponibilidad. Precio U$S 60.00 por pasajero.

Hotel moderno, ubicado a pocas de la terminal, con habitaciones muy amplias, con baños cómodos, vistas espectaculares y la limpieza es impecable. Cuenta con servicios de gimnasio, ubicado a media cuadra del hotel. La atención es buena.

Excelente atención. El personal que nos atendió en el desayuno EXCELENTE. Mi esposa es celíaca y nos prepararon en el momento un desayuno para ella., sin siquiera haberlo pedido. Fueron increíbles. El hotel en general muy bueno, en la limpieza, los ascensores, la cochera, la calidad de las camas y las almohadas. Todo mejor de lo que esperábamos.
