I stayed in this hotel for a week. It’s only been open for 5 months and at first appearance it looks good, but taking a closer look it’s still being built and repaired. There are still cables jutting out of the wall and ceiling. Although the kitchen is featured in the photos of the room, it has no tap, the cupboards are sealed. I raised some of my concerns when I arrived with the general manager when he asked me questions about my stay and he seemed blasé about addressing it. Based on what was paid, this hotel is overpriced. There are still cement stairways and drilling taking place during the day. The WiFi is awful, they finally installed a router in my room which took the week to do and it only worked on the day of my departure. The best part of the hotel is some staff members who will go out of their way to help, special mention to Jazz. They have a great pool on the roof. Until it’s fully built I wouldn’t recommend staying here!

The room is quite spacious and clean and has one of the best mattresses in our 3-week stay in Sri Lanka. The hotel is 3 minutes from the city's most animated street with some quality restaurants and a nice bars and 5 minutes from the beach. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The pool is at the stop so the pool is full of dead insects and plant residues: bathing has your risks and dangers. No lifts and very narrow stairs. The hotel, including rooms, is smoker. The owners are just the most adorable. I was a solo female traveller and they looked after me like parents. So sweet. Small but clean rooms. Loved the art decor. Bright and cheery. Cosy. Small swimming pool. Loved the pets too. Nice set breakfast, freshly cooked and served to you. Really short and simple straight walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. I went on a boat cruise one evening and the owners checked to see that the company was legitimate. On two separate evenings, they reserved me lovely tables at restaurants and made sure I had good service. They got up early when I left to help with my luggage and to see me off. Support small businesses. Absolutely lovely.

1. The hotel is in a very remote place, it can be said to be in the wilderness. I can’t go to the airport until 7 o’clock in the evening, but the hotel check-out is at 12 o’clock. I have nowhere to go and can only sit outside. There is no air conditioning.
2. There were either flies or mosquitoes in the room. There were toads at the door. I immediately told the front desk that I broke a small plate because of the flies. She asked the waiter to come and see it, but they did not do anything to deal with the flies and mosquitoes. I was given a ticket to compensate for the loss.
3 Because of the remote location, I had to eat at the hotel. There were many dishes to choose from, but they all had to add a 10% service charge. The seafood in the seafood fried rice I ordered was two shrimp tails, about 1.5cm in size. I called the waiter and it took me a long time to find them.
4 Wi-Fi is basically unreachable. Even if I barely connect, I can’t open web pages or apps.
5 In the evening and early morning, there are sounds of unknown animals. You can choose this if you want to sleep hard.
6 I didn’t sleep well all night, and I was bitten by at least ten mosquitoes all over my body. There were ants on the bed, spiders on the wall, and all kinds of original ecological cuteness can be seen everywhere.

I arrived in the evening and left in the morning. I had breakfast and walked around on the beach without going to the swimming pool.
Room: Very big, the bed is two meters wide (later I found out that all jetwing hotel beds are 2 meters wide). We originally wanted an extra bed, but the guy at the front desk suggested that we check the room first and then see if we want it. Extra bed... He can give an extra bed sheet in case three people are uncomfortable - a big thumbs up. Pushing open the balcony door and facing the beach and the sea directly, with a few coconut trees dotted around it and the sound of waves rumbling, I feel very good.
The room facilities are old, but the hygiene level is good. There is no toothbrush provided. Because the first floor is close to the sea, there are very, very many mosquitoes. Please be sure to bring mosquito water.
The breakfast is good. The standard of Sri Lankan catering is very low. I thought it was just average at first. Later, after completing the journey and staying in more and better hotels, I found that this place is not bad - the point is that this one is very, very cheap! Compared with other jetwings that often cost 1800+, the price/performance ratio is incredible. (Of course the overall level is definitely lower than jetwing yala and lighthouse)

Just put some pictures for your reference, it's a pretty good hotel
I am particularly impressed by Kasun's service. The breakfast, lunch and dinner here are also very nice. The only drawback is that the gym can't be used except dumbbells, and the shower is not very convenient.

I had the privilege of staying twice at this place! The room was clean and tidy and yes a few things around the place need a bit of a face lift but let me tell what you will get! Nasmeer and his team will go above and beyond for you! You will always be greeted with a welcoming smile and nothing and I mean nothing is to much trouble! The location on the beach is amazing and after school the local children and adults will be your entertainment.. as the community gathers on the beach you will watch the children play soccer ( football), cricket and fly kites, there is music and laughter all while you sit either around the stunning pool or on your balcony watching the spectacular sun set! This place is well worth a stay!
