The hotel is in a great location, and it should be the closest to the pyramids. You can see the pyramid light show from the terrace at night. The most important thing is that the hotel entrance is right in front of the ticket office, so you don't have to queue. The key is to bring a credit card, as most tickets in Egypt can only be purchased with a credit card

After driving through chaotic Cairo, (Our driver was calm and collected), and still in a culture shock, we arrived at the Inn at 3 am. We were politely shown our room. The canteen was always open for coffee, tea and bottled water which we were grateful of in these early hours. The room was clean (including bathroom) and the bedding (cushions included) were fresh. Fridge, tv and water kettle. The breakfast buffet: an assortment of fruit, cheese, breads, eggs – boiled and scrambled, salad and traditional homemade sauces etc. etc. enough for a hearty European or Egyptian appetite. Coffee and tea all day long free of charge! The employees were informative, helpful, attentive and most of all so friendly - like being a visiting family member!! It was a most enjoyable stay that I can truly recommend: an authentic Egyptian warm-hearted experience!!! Thankyou!

We traveled to this place with our infant with the only expectation of getting a pyramids view and considering the heat, flexibility to be very close to the pyramids at Giza. The location is one of the best in the vicinity, and gives a direct view of the Sphinx. We were welcomed by warm staff (Duniya) and greeted to the terrace wherein the pyramids and the sphinx were lit at night. It was a dusty evening, but the overall atmosphere was great. The incident that has set this stay apart from the others was a personal episode. The next day we chose to visit the major locations of Cairo side like the NMEC and Khan-al-Khalili, and some shopping. En route, my wife lost her phone and we were extremely stressed out in the evening, with all her contacts and memories on the phone. This is the instance when the hospitality of the hotel came into picture. Nearly everyone on the reception staff was aware of the situation, and they started going out of their way to help her. Be it calling the taxi at night and asking (more like instructing) to do whatever it takes to find the phone, to go at each and every place in Cairo and Giza we had been. Language is a constraint, and at each and every instant we wanted a person of trust to translate Arabic to English for us, and in addition, to provide guidance. Ashour at the reception constantly kept calling on my phone to ask updates. They even arranged for a late breakfast for us. To cut the story, we did FIND the phone and there was a happy story in the end. I have to place emphasis on the fact, that Cairo and Egypt functions on a different set of principles that involves a lot of over selling. If we can separate that emotion, and trust on such people who are really willing to help (they still might want to sell you a package ;)), sets the experience apart. They even treated our young kid with a friendship band. The restaurant food quality could be improved, but please remember, first and foremost its a tourist place with a very high footfall. I would like to visit Cairo again, and without a beat stay at this place. Thanks Duniya and Ashour for us to make our stay a very memorable one.

We spent a night in Giza away from a cruise. After enduring the homogenised cruise experience what find this was. The location was superb, the views amazing from our room and also the rooftop restaurant. The staff were so kind and helpful we felt totally safe throughout Port said, Cairo, Giza and Alexandria. Despite the cruise line trying to scare passengers into doing ”cruise line” tours for safety reasons this was nonsense. The reviews say it all!

The excellent review is primarily based on the service from the staff at the hotel that were very frendly and did their best to make us feel good during our stay. Special thanks to Abdo for the great experiance, and Mahmood for the nicely arranged day trips. The view from the room with a balcony is also great. However, there are plenty of things for the managment to upgrade in order to get a realistik 'excellent' review. First of all - breakfast ain't no buffet. It might see like a lot from a first sight, but 4 pieces af some kind of ham, 2 pcs. og cheese and 2 pcs. of butter is pretty much enogh for just one sandwich pr. person (we were two). There were though other food choices on the table, so you don't end up hungry, but after all the breakfast is all the same, so there is not variabillity .. There is only one choice of juice - orange. Coffee is paid separetly (we got it for free). Overbooking issues - on the first night, our room was not available, and we were transferred to a different hotel (far under avarage quallity), so we had to put up a 'fight' to get our originally booked room the day after. If you book a room on the last floor, be prepared from the annoying noice for table moving on the rooftop every morning around 6.30 am. The last two days, were pretty much a noice disaster, due to construction work, that in a normal world, should be done when the hotel has no guests.. After all i'd saiy you get what you pay for - we got it cheap, and that says it all :) A tip for other travellers: Always negotiate your price and never say yes to the first offer when it comes to a day trips, transfers etc. When you hear that it can not be done cheaper - keep pushing until you get the realistic price you want.

This hotel does what it says. It’s opposite the entrance to the pyramids and the view is outstanding. I arranged a pick up from the hotel and it was so reassuring having someone there to greet me. My room wasn’t quite ready so I was sent to the rooftop bar for breakfast. This was outstanding. Probably enough food for five people. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The room is fine. I never had hot water but I probably didn’t really need it. Would recommend

The service of the store clerk is very good!!! The guys are very enthusiastic and the waiter at the door is also very reliable! You can see the pyramids from the balcony upstairs. The price of pizza ordered in the store is also very reasonable, and it was delivered to my room. The old man at the door is also very good! He always helps us and always smiles and guides us! The garden is also very good! It really exceeded expectations! The only drawback may be that it was a bit cold when we stayed in January because the hotel air conditioner only had cold air🥹

There is a restaurant on the rooftop where you can see the pyramids and the Sphinx. The grilled chicken for dinner was delicious.
The Side Pyramids View room was undergoing maintenance, so we were asked to move to a Pyramids View room. Although the noise of the ventilation fan was a bit annoying, it was clean and the linens were new, so it was comfortable.

Don't judge this book by its cover. We booked this hotel through a package of the very reputable Tripmasters. On the outside, the neighborhood and the entrance seem questionable, but the reality is that it is a neighborhood mainly of Egyptains and nontourist shops. The entrance down what looks like an alley is manned by a door man who is helpful with luggage and the elevator. I felt very secure and safe. The people were amazingly kind and friendly. We ate street food and even walked to a restaurant. Upstairs the staff does everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room although simple was sufficient and comfortable (pillows, bed, shower all good). It was very clean. Not a luxury resort but more than acceptable. Amazingly, it was quiet. We could hear some street noise, but not other rooms or the lobby. Our room 110 was directly on the lobby. They replenished water and took care of any need. We had a fridge, safe, and hair dryer..food delivery for room service, and offered to arrange transportation and tours (we had our own arranged). (No iron or laundry service) They did provide breakfast fresh every morning. The best reason you stay here though is the view from the terrace. Most rooms share the amazing terrace space. The pyramids are right there. Photos don't do it justice. We had breakfast every morning on the pyramid terrace. It was magical. Don't hesitate to book. We loved staying among the people.

EEsee MunkhIf this hotel is in your budget, JUST BOOK IT! You can’t find any hotel that is better than this. I swear, Al Farida is one of the 2 best hotels in Giza!
I was searching for a Giza hotel for over 2 weeks, yet couldn’t find any. Decided to get a hotel after I arrive in Giza by seeing with my own eyes and chose this one.
THIS HOTEL IS BRAND NEW, 2 months old as of January, 2025. When you enter the room, you’d smell wood from new furnitures, very pleasant. Shower is nice, instantly hot.
Location is very good, 50-100 meters from the entrance of Giza Pyramids but no smell of horse and camel dung. As it’s so close to the pyramids, the view from the rooftop is breathtaking as well…
Staff are amazing as well. Lovely Muhamed (both), Eslam, Tahir… They’re all fantastic, will make your stay great. Also, you’ll see the cutest bellboys there (only 15,17 years old).
In short, JUST BOOK IT. Hotel rooms look exactly like on the pics. Don’t hesitate. Trust me!
Minor issues to fix: Curtains were half in our room, breakfast and food takes more than 30 minutes.
GGuest UserWe loved this place; it's a bit no frills, but the location is awesome, the terrasse too (although a bit cold during our stay: must be paradise in Summer!) and at least our room was extremely big, silent and clean, with good beds. Breakfast was good, specially all things considered (price and location). For Cairo Pass wannabe clients only: this property is on the south entrance of the site, and the pass needs to be bought at the north...You will need an Uber to go! Otherwise the entrance is really closeby :) The room was clean, the breakfast area - sink not that much... We would go back without hesitation!
GGuest UserThis hotel surprised me because the interior of the hotel from the lobby to the rooms to the restaurant and terrace on the top floor is clean, new and modern, and the price is not expensive. There are really not many hotels in Egypt that can do this! I think the breakfast is pretty good. The terrace on the top floor has a beautiful view, overlooking the pyramids and the sunset, which is very impressive. There are regular sockets in the room so you don’t need to bring an adapter and there are a lot of sockets. This is definitely a plus when traveling abroad! And I don’t recommend the pyramid view room, because there are many stables on the block outside the window of the room on the side of the pyramid... The smell is hard to describe. Just go to the top floor terrace to see the pyramid.
Another thing I don't like very much is that I stayed in the hotel for three days, and I renewed it on Ctrip on the third day. I told the front desk staff, but they would call to remind me at 10 a.m. every day for the next two days. I checked out... It's hard to comment... Apparently they don't seem to have a shortage of housing...
GGuest UserFantastic value. Pretty basic but clean and comfortable. The big plus here is the team running it. It’s a family and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Food and beer if you wish is brought in except breakfast which is done in house and is delicious but simple. The views are amazing, you’re yards from the pyramids gate, but some local construction has intruded just a bit. A previous review mentioned the state of the lane accessing the hotel. This has now been sorted and it’s now paved (the owners of a few local properties clubbed together to get it done) and very clean. I’d strongly recommend you book all your trips through the owner Mohammed. OK, you’ll probably pay a bit more but the guys he uses as guides and drivers are trusted friends or family and it’s in his interest to not organise a bad day out. Rambo in particular was great. Corruption and hassling tourists is big ticket stuff here, using trusted guys will ensure you don’t get ripped off when out and about. You’ll save money and grief in the long run! Overall, great value, lovely people, basic but safe, clean and I’d be back in a heartbeat. Thanks to all the team there for a wonderful experience.
GGerbendkGreat view of the Pyramids from the location as long as you don't mind the busy road next to the window. The staff were great and very friendly and trying their best when things were not going as planned. During our stay the water pressure wasn't high enough to get water hot through the gas geyser so the hot tub was useless.
The good… Staff on the front desk are super friendly. Very helpful. Very happy to help with travel, tours and aways welcome you back with a smile and a chat after a trip out. Fantastic view of the pyramids, with a roof top terrace where. you can sit at any time of the day, with no pressure to buy drinks. Very close to the entrance to the pyramids. Free taxi from the airport. Easily found the driver on arrival. It’s a cheap place to stay. The not so good… The hotel is in a back alley, along side where the horses are stabled for the evening. We were there in February so the smell wasn’t to bad. But the horses run freely in the evening so it can be a bit nervy getting past them sometimes. Breakfast was basic. Mediocre. No orange juice included just tea or coffee. Hotel room isn’t to clean. Shower door missing. Sheets were clean but top quilts were dirty and stained. Very unappealing! It could all do with a good scrub. We did have a view of the pyramids but directly outside the window is a lot of debris, dirt and rubbish. At around 5.30 the local roaster starts to crow and continues for around an hour on and off.
鄙鄙德潘Booked on Ctrip, checkin the same day, the waiter didn't receive my order and asked me to resubmit $ 20 to rebook. Find Ctrip to deal with, Ctrip is very enthusiastic and has repeatedly confirmed that the communication with the booking agent is paid and no further payment is required. After communicating for one morning, I decided to refund the order and go to another hotel for reservation. As a result, when the waiter saw that I was going to die, he refused to pay an additional 20 dollars and immediately made a mistake at 180 degrees. Let me live right away. I'm drunk too. The people here have a deep routine. The instant impression is down. The only advantage of this hotel is that the sunset of the pyramid can take the horizon, and the rest of the facilities can not be complimented. Recommend this hotel for the second night (Pyramid Valley Boutique Hotel). The facilities are very good, and the waiter boss is enthusiastic. The boss's son also invited me to drink Coke at night, free of charge. Focus on helping him promote it. The most important thing when traveling is to be honest and not pit each other. Pictures are from pyramides valley. Hygiene is much better than this one. Bringing a girl is not recommended to stay in this hotel, take it to the bottom of the Golden Tower ...
Llucila Del Rosario RomeroStaying at Phoenix pyramids View it filled me with great joy to be in this hotel, and share with all its staff. And it's super cheap. The fresh, nutritious and very varied breakfast. Since before my arrival in Egypt, they were very careful that everything was fine. The service from the airport to the hotel was completely free. Then upon arrival, Mr. Hany gave me a small tour around the area and introduced me to his friends from other hotels and businesses around, who kindly and as a courtesy gift gave me fruits and water. In the morning an excellent breakfast with the spectacular view and unique of the great Pyramids. The tours they offer are different places and you can feel in this hotel like your home and with your family. Thank you d do o much to Mr Hany (from Human Resources management) Hossam (the driver) and all the people who is part of the staffs. Shukran jazilan. Hamdoullah! I hope to see all of you soon INCHALLAH 🪴🙏
