Phoenix Pyramids View

Staying at Phoenix pyramids View it filled me with great joy to be in this hotel, and share with all its staff. And it's super cheap. The fresh, nutritious and very varied breakfast. Since before my arrival in Egypt, they were very careful that everything was fine. The service from the airport to the hotel was completely free. Then upon arrival, Mr. Hany gave me a small tour around the area and introduced me to his friends from other hotels and businesses around, who kindly and as a courtesy gift gave me fruits and water. In the morning an excellent breakfast with the spectacular view and unique of the great Pyramids. The tours they offer are different places and you can feel in this hotel like your home and with your family. Thank you d do o much to Mr Hany (from Human Resources management) Hossam (the driver) and all the people who is part of the staffs. Shukran jazilan. Hamdoullah! Beautiful views great humans surrounded by some awesome creatures... great place to stay very hospitable...

This was the worst trip I've ever had. ******* are a disgrace. The hotel was a disgrace. The airline was a disgrace. ******* won't even fight for my refund because the manager said I was "satisfied" after 3 days of no working shower! I said no such thing. The hotels managers by this person are also the Pyramid Sun Light Hotel and Florya Palace (I think). Just don't bother! The bedding was dirty, the view is a lie, the breakfast was leftovers from the night before. I want my money back!

1. Phoenix Pyramids View hotel, to identify in google maps as well by drivers is difficult; so look for Pyramids Sunlight Hotel. So, Taxi, Uber drivers can identify. Because this location is vary narrow streets, location is kind of ok. Very busy area. But ok. 2. If you can bear the location, best place to stay to see Pyramids, access to shopping for buying gifts. 3. Come to know there is three small hotels in the same complex with different names a bit confusing. 4. Mgr. Hnay Fayed is good man. Owner of complex is good man. 5. Lack of communications with their phone access by whatsapp is a bit hard. Clarify first. 6. Otherwise we safely enjoyed the 5 days stay in Feb. Rooms are ok condition. Good hot water, Good Wifi, they give passwod. 7. Breakfast kind of ok, starts around a bit late 8.30am. included. 8. From roof top can enjoy Pyramids about a KM away. 9. Evening light show also partially visible. 10. If you don't have too much expectations....good. Budget hotel.

Excellent location and amenities and I highly recommend for safe and easy travel to all tourism spots. Hotel staff is great and rooms very clean. Anything you need they go out of the way to help you. Take a ride on a camel and your pyramids and book through hotel for better service

Had a great stay the place is hard to find but once in the gate you are in a different place.i can't say enough about the staff so friendly just great people.we are looking forward to visiting again and plan to stay here again

Do not go to this place. It looks like a junkyard inside and out. If the owner sexually harasses you, be sure to do as I did and leave. I need to see the police now. The ******* listing is so inaccurate but not the priority here. The owner or whomever he says he is, grouped me in front of his friends. I’ve never been so disrespected & disgusted as I am. Lastly, he stole $401USD. He refused to physically even look at the receipts I kept for payment in full for 9 nights. I then incurred additional costs in relocating to a real hotel. On a good note, the locals here are very friendly and helpful. Be careful where you stay.
