Business Hotels in Nashville

This is an expensive hotel. You would expect to get some tangibles for that. The location is so-so, around 30 minutes walk to the downtown / Printers Alley music scene. For example, the comfort Inn is located way closer. They have a parking structure nearby, but it's independent of the hotel and I paid $55 just for parking for an overnight stay. I asked about it, and they didn't mention that it would be an extra, gave me the impression that it's part of the hotel. To stay with the earlier comparison, the Comfort Inn has ample parking with a security guard watching all night. What else? you'd think that for the price you could get some coffee; well, not for a standard reservation. They mentioned ”some packages...”, whatever. There was some coffee at the lobby for a brief time, but then gone, maybe it had something to do with one of the events they have. Not even a coffee brewer in the room. The room is pretty and comfortable, and has good views. This is the only reason for my average score. Also, the bed is protruding and has sharp corners. I banged my leg on it twice!

Nice hotel, but the parking lot is very expensive, more than 50 dollars a night!

One of the best places I’ve stayed at in Tennessee. The views of the hotel towards the back neighborhood are quite beautiful. The gym is pretty good. And the breakfast is top!

Easy to check in. Clean lobby and room. We needed accommodation due to the beds only having down pillows and duvet cover. So we called down and within minutes someone was there to perform the full swap. I tried to assist but she just waved me aside. I would have only slowed her down for sure. LOL

Beautiful resort. Wonderful staff and amazing Christmas activities. Our one conplaint is the cost. With the expense of the room they need to be more cost effective in other areas to help families out especially during these times. 45 per day for parking is extreme and the food prices were priced 45 percent higher then most other food in the area. Other then that amazing time with my wife.

We had a great time at our stay. The hotel was in a great place to walk to a lot of nice parks and places for kids! The Library Restaurant in the lobby was great. Will and Jevon were very helpful at getting our car quickly everyday and helpful getting it packed up!

Overnights stay for early am flight. I called the hotel to ask about parking and shuttle to the airport. The lady I spoke to assured me that I could leave the car and there would be no charge - if I stayed at the hotel overnight. I explained I would be gone 4 nights and was assured there was no problem. I booked the room through my usual app. I called back the next day to verify the room and the car parking. Again, I was assured I could leave the car with no charge if I spent the night T their hotel. Upon arrival, I was told I would have to pay parking. I explained my 2 calls and the gentleman said it would be $5 per night. At this point it is very late and my flight was very early so I agreed to pay.the $5 per night. I have no idea how it managed to be $35 but being exhausted, I paid. I am very upset at being given false information - not once but 3 times. I have advised my company and friends of the issues I encountered.
