This hotel was in a great location and very clean. Kia, the employee who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything to us. She told us about the shuttle that took us to broadway and what a bonus that was. We had muffins for evening snack. The breakfast was very good. Would definitely go back there if ever in the area again. Thank you Hyatt Place.

The hotel is very good, with convenient transportation and large rooms. The room on the second floor was a bit noisy at first, so we moved to a room on the fourth floor. The service was very good, the breakfast was also good, and the price/performance ratio was very high. Good review!
