The hotel is just opposite the kofuku-ji temple, with a beautiful window view of the five story pagoda from our room. Although it is near the attraction, it is quiet at night. Location is 5 mins walk away from station.

It was brilliant. The view is so beautiful and you can slow down your steps by walk along the lake and temples.

Do not book this hotel, it is a scam and there is no staff at all. 1. I booked a large corner room with two large windows. I have specified in the order that I want this room. The description is for the 32-meter room on the 2nd and 3rd floors. In the end, they only sent me the password for room 403 via email. They gave me room 403, which was dark and dark, with the window facing the wall. No one responded via Line or email. I contacted trip.com customer service and contacted the hotel through trip.com. The hotel staff refused to change the room and did not think it was wrong. It was stated that it was a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, but I was given a room on the 4th floor that was smaller and darker. It was a scam. 2. More terrifying At 12 o'clock in the evening, the room was under 3 degrees Celsius, and there was insufficient heating in the room. No one contacted me. I contacted the hotel on trip.com but no one responded. It was so cold that I had a fever, and the room didn’t have enough quilts or heating. 3. The water heater says "No bathing, hot water cannot be supplied continuously for a long time." The weather is cold, there is not enough hot water, and there is not enough heating. The scariest thing is that there are no staff to handle it! After collecting the money, they ignore the life and death of the guests. I have never stayed in such a deceptive hotel. The location is very good, right next to Wakakusa Park. Except for the self-service check-in, which is a bit confusing and requires a lot of English, everything else is good. The price and service match. The hygiene is also OK.

Great view of the 5-storey pagoda from the window. Convenient for checking out downtown. Exquisite French restaurant 20 meters away. No staff at the self-checkin inn of course, but the price reflected that saving. Very close to the beautiful park with the world's largest Buddha.

Self check-in was very straightforward and the hotel replied promptly to our queries. The room is exactly like in the photos - spacious, clean, comfortable! The TV was also a smart tv, so that was a pleasant surprise.

Parking was available for 1700 yen overnight 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Extremely convenient location to visit Nara Park. Clean. No problem with water pressure or hot water. No staff on site but had no issue. An italian restaurant and a kissaten( coffee house) on the first floor.

It was great! A little strange not having a ground desk and doing the self check in. But the self check in was super easy! The place was clean and comfortable! It was in an amazing location!!
