One of the best hotels in Naples with over 50 spaces rooms!!! The hotel is located nearby Garibaldi central Station and nearby are cheap supermarkets, restaurants and vibrant local and migrant community where you can buy souvenirs and food. Distance from the city centre is just 2 kilometers and from the closest public beach is only 40 minutes if you take line 2. Service in the hotel is really good and facilities are outstanding.

'A decent B&B rather than a hotel. Basic room, not even a small table and, as in the bathroom where there isn't even a shelf, you don't know where to put things. Average breakfast for a B&B, some problems with the lift and the price a little too high for what it offers.

Very close to Piazza Garibaldi and the central station. Stayed one night in a basic but clean and reasonably comfortable room, overall, it was good value for money. Reception was open when we arrived and was friendly and efficient, however, despite being told it would be open the following day so we could store our bags it was not and so we had to plan a last minute alternative. If you plan to stay here I recommend using the bag storage in Central Station (6€ per bag), which is open to 8 pm. Other guests have had a similar problems and so be aware that you cannot rely on being able to store (and collect) your bags. My message to the management is to be honest about this, offer alternatives and make it easier for your guests.

Naples right out of Napoli Centrale is quite rough. That being said, Jazz Hotel was a pleasant place to stay. The sheets were nice the breakfast was wonderful, but the room needs painting.

I paid in advance and they didn’t send me an email with the code during the four days I was suppose to stay! I tried to contact them numerous times! They didn’t keep thier written lobby hours, this resulted in me being stuck on the street with my belongings in a very dangerous neighborhood. The manager was entirely uncooperative, seemingly due to be being a women. Do not book as this is a scam!

Horrible experience, structure falling apart, terrible maintenance, absent staff and arrogant and rude receptionist. In my sisters' room the bathroom sink came loose, the girls promptly notified them and in response they heard "whoever breaks it pays!!", we had to argue for an hour and despite this and explaining that it came loose by placing a towel came loose. They were judged by the gentleman "given their size, they leaned on it and it broke". He took it for granted that since they were 2 girls (2 27 year old women) very soft they certainly broke the sink. Discriminatory, unprofessional, he doesn't know the life path of the girls, their principles, their habits, and yet, he allowed himself to judge. Keyboard Lion who responds that he was attacked, has the videos from the cameras that confirm it, despite knowing that the videos cannot be published for privacy reasons!! It would be nice to see the video where he apologizes to me for his behavior after, again thanks to the cameras, he saw me documenting the decay of that hovel. He saw us as an opportunity to steal some money, he realized we're not that naive and what is the best defense if not attack?? I strongly advise against it, that hotel has no positive side!! If he had been as professional as he wants you to believe, he would have put guests at ease by offering another room and not responded to a review when we returned because we didn't ask for another room?? And who dared to ask her anything else?? In any case, as you say from Naples, remember "that no one here is stupid!!" I, unfortunately, stayed in this hotel (in name only) with my family and the lack of cleanliness and guest safety was nothing short of scandalous. The internal structure has many cracks, mold in the room and corridors, dirty rooms and bathrooms, exposed electrical cables in the corridor. The plaster on the ceiling in our room came off with every vibration. The sink in room 22 on the 4th floor had been placed against the wall without silicone and as soon as we placed a towel and a cosmetic bag it gave way as we came forward. The receptionist, very arrogant and with the classic gab of someone who knows they are lying but is trying to get money in a dishonest way, came to look and deduced that we were sitting on the sink (without proof and without even looking at the non-standard work carried out in that sink (mold behind the very old silicone, plastic bushes, signs of obvious wear. He asked for a large sum of money for a repair (which obviously didn't happen) then demanding that we pay with a bank transfer without even an estimate and a truthful invoice). We pointed out to him several times that the damage to the structure must be repaired and paid for by the structure with the structure's insurance, but the receptionist continued with the farce of sitting on the sink and even responded to the booking review by offending us by body shaming and falsely stating that we attacked him and would also attack other guests of the facility and apparently he also has the video camera recordings.
