The location is the worst possible place that can be. Beside of that the room in the images looks 10 times better than the reality.

Love our stay! The hotel is clean and smells good! Although the location wasn’t far from the Napoli Train Station, but walking over there with our luggages was horrible because the road is all damaged. Thanks to Cristian, our mood lifted as he was funny and very informative when explaining us where to visit in Naples. Thank you Cristian for making our stay so much better!

This Holiday Inn is not up to the N. American standards that I’m used to. Room is very dated, especially the bathroom. Otherwise a decent hotel in the common areas.

Very good staff , the bar has very profesional staff ( Giusepe and the other guy ) they were very friendly and very profesional!

This hotel values their customer period. My room was not the best when we checked in. Went to the front desk explained the condition of the room. Not only did they apologize for the inconvenience, but they provided a much better room and allowed. They made us feel welcomed and valued. I would definitely stay there again if I had to go back to Naples. A big thank you to the staff as well. Very friendly and accommodating.

Standard Holiday Inn standard, the room is large and comfortable. Breakfast is standard white breakfast pattern. If you book a deluxe room, you can use the minibar in the refrigerator at will. Disadvantages: The location has poor transportation and is far from the subway station. The wifi in the room is average and often can't be connected. In addition, if you need to park, make a reservation with the hotel at least one day in advance, otherwise there is a high probability that there will be no space. The overall cost-effectiveness is very high. If you don’t have high requirements for location, I recommend it!

Very nice and well-equipped hotel. Unfortunately the location is a bit out of the way so you need a while to get to the city center. Best option here would be by taxi or train.

The hotel is average, the front desk service is not very enthusiastic, and the rooms are a bit old. I stayed at three Holiday Inns during this trip, and the one in Naples is considered to be in poorer condition. If I want to talk about the good points, it should be the restaurant and bar, especially Guiseppe at the bar. He is friendly and enthusiastic ❤️ Give him a thumbs up👍👍👍

I don't recommend staying here. The hotel environment is poor, the facilities are old, the water pressure is unstable, the service is almost non-existent, and the room is too dark like a hospital.
