去他們家好幾次了 這次的房間比以前住的小了很多 還有一股描述不上來的味 前台還把房間重新開給別人了 那人直接就開門 能把人嚇死 還有工作人員在未經客人的同意下直接開門 前台服務態度也大不如以前 失望～

環境差，我住的8117房間，問題如下：1.房間內電話機是壞的；2.電水壺是壞的；3.左側床頭插座會把充電器自動彈掉，壞的；4.衞生間玻璃上的私隱簾缺失沒安裝，壞的；5.窗户是鋼化玻璃，被人砸壞都是裂紋，感覺隨時會碎掉；
服務差：1.晚上9點多緊急要用打印機打印一點東西，大概4張A4紙，前台服務員告訴我出門三百米有打印的地方，因為路不熟，我跑了半小時才找到打印店。第二天看到前台角落裡就有復打一體機，問換班前台能用不，説“能用，電腦卡怕你等的着急”，我不知道這是為顧客着想還是偷懶託辭；2.我連住兩天，第二天我要求換房間，前台服務員告訴我“沒有相同價位房間，要不你補個差價升級房間”，再我堅持力爭下，沒再提補差價，房間也有了。最後説一句，我這一年住賓館很多次，唯一一次差評就是給這家的。
