這是住過最差的酒店，服務態度超級不好，辦入職要收一百塊按金（我已經是白金會員了），這個可以忍了，晚上住的時候天花板空調口那裡一直有東西響，懷疑是老鼠。
訂酒店是説含早餐的，剛剛九點半打電話問前台在哪裡吃早餐竟然説九點半剛好結束沒有了，説九點半也沒什麼東西吃了，媽的沒東西吃了這就是你們服務態度？媽的説含早餐我還得早上四五點鐘起來搶才有啊？我是住酒店的不是來陪你按時上班的。還説早餐卷有寫用餐時間，根本沒有寫（圖片有證據）。
中午十二點多前台打電話過來叫退房，最晚一點鐘退，跟她説是下午四點鐘飛機，兩點鐘退就走，堅決不同意，跟她説我是白金會員也不同意，説我在網上訂的房間享受不了會員待遇？不能享受會員待遇你們格林豪泰之前接我辦理會員幹嘛？隨便住一家酒店溝通一下都可以延遲兩點鐘退房了，沒有見過我這麼**的酒店。這是這麼多年住酒店最鬧心的，勸你們別住，想住這家酒店的最好考慮清楚，真的影響心情

房間很乾凈，隔音好，房間挺大的，住着很舒服，酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨 整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店位置優越，房間的價格也很實惠， 性價比高，非常舒適愉悦的入住體驗

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，服務人員態度很好，交通便利，交通便利，距荷蘭街夜市不遠，酒店早餐豐盛，樓下不遠有餐館，就餐方便，距南通博物苑也不遠，很好！

第二次入住 依舊很喜歡！
設施：齊全 不愧是連鎖酒店（有個小小的問題 酒店的中央空調製冷效果沒有那麼強 調製冷16度也有點熱 可能是時間久了 或者是單個房間的問題）其他方面都還好 衞生間乾濕分離（太倉促 衹是休息了一晚 沒拍照）
服務：前台很熱情 快速的辦理了入住 第二天離店很早 四五點就起來趕飛機了 前台也依舊在崗位👍🏻

不是第一次入住格林豪泰了，但是這次對前台服務有些失望。
晚上十一點多的時候我回到酒店，前台沒問過我是否是酒店的客人，就要求我做登記，可能是旁邊一個非客户的女性，支支吾吾説不出來幹什麼的就説找男朋友，連帶將我也定義為什麼人了？
我掏出房卡，問她是否還需要登記，她道歉都沒有就説讓我上樓。
希望酒店能給我一個答覆。
酒店的阿姨還是很貼心，每天都會把床褥整理好，衞生打掃的很細節。
