This stay was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. Most notably, the service was exceptional; everyone from the front desk to room service was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Xiao Shen and Xiao Zhang, who were always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. Overall, it's great value for money and highly recommended.

There are really too many things to complain about in this Hanting restaurant. First, when I turned on the TV when I entered the door, the TV was broken. The staff came in and it took a long time to fix it. They said that the previous guest dialed the line and connected it to the computer. I was confused. . Second, there were no slippers when I entered the door. I realized they were not there when I was about to take a shower. Third, the location of the washing machine is particularly difficult to find. There is no room for washing and drying, so it is placed in the aisle. The laundry detergent in the laundry basket is dirty, and even a commercial LG is not used. Fourth, I called to check out at 12:30. I also expressed my understanding that I had to set aside time for cleaning during the Dragon Boat Festival peak after graduation. However, I felt that the service at this hotel was not as good as other Huazhuhui hotels. The tone of the call was very rude. It's not good either. It seems like I'm interfering with their work. Other hotels called me at 2 o'clock and said that check-out is free, but they charge extra hours. Having stayed at so many Hanting Hotels, the quality of this one is really worrying. .

The facilities are new, and the hygiene is excellent. The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. The location is right next to the resort area, making it convenient to get anywhere. I really enjoyed my stay during this Wuyishan trip.
