公寓環境很好，比較安靜，設備也比較完善，寬敞明亮！交通便利，方便出入和停車，通風透氣性好，夏季不潮濕，住着舒服，服務好，前台服務員既熱情又耐心細緻，交代的事情辦的明明白白，有問必答，樓下附近也有美食可以選擇，性價比高，體驗感和服務都五星好評，適合出行人羣，出差辦公，很推薦這一家公寓，值得推薦！[太陽][太陽][太陽]

乾淨，空調非常新，毛巾很厚很吸水，有酒吧桌和小冰箱，非常實用。淋浴水壓也比較足，有洗衣機和晾衣架，樓下超市和飯店很多很方便。

要啥沒啥 真不咋樣。牀頭櫃的抽屜還有兩個避孕套的包裝 地板業到處是煙頭燙過的痕跡，廁所洗手盆的排水有問題 直接流在地板 洗澡花灑直接灑馬桶上去 垃圾貨

第一次入住富悦居公寓，説好的選好的那個房型，結果到房間了不是，想着都入住了，也弄亂了房間，就不換了，不是説好的房型就算了，這個房間四周的窗簾都是不緊閉，而且透着光非常亮，這個房間的空調設計實在是讓人摸不透，對着人的頭吹，讓人感覺到巨頭痛，有時候半夜覺到非常冷，一下子又不冷這個空調，而且時不時那個空調水濺到臉上，感覺特別的臟，樓上還噼裏啪啦的聲音特別煩人，期間服務人員不同時間敲了兩次門是否打掃衞生，都還沒有到時間退房，影響睡眠，睡眠特別差，住宿就是為了能睡一個好覺，這樣子根本睡不了，沒有能安心睡一覺，體驗感非常非常的差！再不會二次消費這裏，太讓人生氣了！😤😤😤

一進門就發現是一棟複式樓拆分成兩個房間的，我的房間在樓下，樓上有一層住户，晚上睡覺能清楚的聽到樓上的人走路和説話的聲音，外面好像有個酒吧還是ktv之類的，大半夜還在唱歌。總之就是隔音很差！
其次我住的房間牆皮都已經嚴重脱落了，地上有很多牆皮掉地上也沒有打掃乾淨！還有就是熱水非常少，洗個澡洗到一半，水就變冷了，衹能洗五分鐘左右吧！防水也很差，衞生間的水可以流出門外來。
